Now upon observation, the entire staff is of a Latin heritage, and by the way that I am writing this review it is obvious that it is not meant in anyway of being prejudiced. So as I am waiting the rep finishes with the person that was ahead of me, spends some time with her colleagues chit chatting and then calls a person ahead of me for a express service ‍ Only one rep. Working now as I am writing this they are done with that person as wand are now chit chatting again and I am waiting. Let's see what transpired from here. So they hd again called another person ahead of me for another express account, so at this point I was on my way out and asked the young lady " so today is a bad day to open an account then right " she tried to console me. Long story short I had to call NFCU so that they could call into this branch and have them ready to open me an account when I arrived. Nice work Moreno Valley, I would suggest that you have a corrective action meeting and express to the staff the difference between personal and business behavior.

It was going to be an extended repair so the vehicle had to be had for a good price. We found Car EZ motors through car gurus search. A pristine Mazda 3 popped up with good mileage and an even better price. We showed up unannounced wanting to take a look at the vehicle. The pictures did it no justice. When we saw the vehicle in person we were in awe because of how much better it looked compared to the pictures taken. Mind you this was the 5th dealership we had been to that day. All other vehicles in this price range were rolling garbage. My role was to make sure the vehicle was sound and had no mechanical issues. I brought with me my extensive knowledge in vehicles along with my personal scantool that I always use in every vehicle I own. After the walk around (the 5th of the day) I checked the oil, and pulled out my scan tool to check the codes. Eureka! No codes. .... Great price, looked good, no codes.. there has ti be a catch right? No catch what so ever. Joe was the nicest sales person I ever had to deal with. He made sure he checked all the boxes with customer service. He was kind, caring, polite and I felt went above in his assistance towards us fulfilling all of our needs. It had to be less than 30 minutes from when we arrived... checked the vehicle... test drive the vehicle... filled out the paperwork and drove off of the lot. It was the easiest process purchasing a vehicle in my short 38 years of life. Thank you Joe for your assistance. If I ever need to purchase a car in the future I will not hesitate to come to you.

The timing chain broke, the motor irreparable. A 3rd party repair shop determined that the motor showed recent repairs to the valves and pistons. When I contacted Joe at Car EZ there was no recourse. No warranty, no compensation, no offer to incur any expenses to bring the car to his shop to evaluate. He did gesture a break on labor for repairs. After discovering that the motor had been damaged and repaired and being told that the original motor was intact I decided to forgo any further dealings with Car EZ... I can't help but to feel cheated and taken advantage of. I am left with a $3500 debt to replace the motor with no financial reimbursement from Car EZ Motor. Stay clear, or get burned.

They took the time to explain what my car needed in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or upselling. The service was completed on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing--no surprises, which is always a big plus. It's not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this experience definitely gave me confidence in coming back. I'll be returning for future maintenance and would recommend Raceway Ford to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Negative Stars if possible…read more I'm a Ford Guy, I take good care of my Ford's and they take good care of me. I'm new to Moreno Valley, and only about 2.5 miles up the road from "RACEWAY FORD" but after my first ( and last ) experience with them, I will NEVER go back. I'll make the 17 mile drive to "FRITTS FORD, RIVERSIDE" they are absolutely worth it, and when I purchase my next Ford ( very soon ) it'll be with them. I called the "Service Department" ( at Raceway Ford ) to have the transmission fluid changed in my truck. I spoke to Kris in the Service Dept. and he told me that I could bring in my truck either Wednesday or Thursday at 0700hrs, that he opens the shop and would take my truck to be serviced, that the service takes approximately three hours. He said they would give me a ride home and then call me when the truck was ready for pickup. He assured me that I would have it that afternoon. I told him that I would call right back to confirm an appointment with him, I then gave my name and ended the call. I called back within ten minutes and this time I spoke with Craig, I explained that I would be available for Wednesday Morning and about the conversation I just had moments before with Kris, he asked my name and confirmed my appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday Morning I arrive at 0645hrs and wait for them to open, when they do, I'm the first customer there, and as I'm prepared to drop off my truck the Associate helping me explains that there's no appointment for my truck. I explained that I spoke with Kris, gave the date and time of the call, and that I had his name locked in with the number. Immediately another Associate walks in with coffee and doughnut in hand, the person assisting me turns to him and says "Craig, did you talk to someone about a transmission service for this morning or schedule an appointment?" Craig responds "No I didn't" while looking at me. The person assisting me then turns back to me and says "that's Craig, he said he didn't speak with you" and then I asked "who's Kris, he's the first man I spoke with the other day?" Then I saw the business cards on his counter with his name on it "Kris" and I asked him "both of you spoke with me, but neither one remembers now" and he responds "I'm sorry, you can leave your truck here, it's gonna take a few days to get serviced though" he then explained that they just came out of a meeting with management because they were twenty three cars behind, and management was angry. The two Associates lied to me, then made up excuses and blamed the manager. These guys are incompetent, I immediately left. AVOID RACEWAY FORD!!! Kris and Craig will lie to you, and Kris will talk badly about his manager to the public. "Fritts Ford, Riverside" was Great, I will continue to take All my future business there, they are Very Professional, Kind and Respectful!

Supposedly, willi(the manager) had his team remove the engine but had no idea why he was removing. A local thief took the truck from me and parked it at this location and told them to remove the engine. According to the manager he has no idea who the guy was but I'm sure that was a lie. Anyways, I called the riverside PD and had them write a claim with everything that these guys did to my truck. I couldnt take the truck back home the same day due to not having a working engine(removed by JZ Auto) so I told them I'll be back the next day with a tow truck. As we left, the manager called my financial company and put all kinds of fake liens on the vehicle. To top the cherry, Manager refused to give me my truck back because I called the police(I have the text). I called Riverside PD again and they told me this a civil matter now and I have to take them to the court. Taking legal action is the only way I can get these guys back but I pledge all you guys to stay far far away from these people. They have scammed a lot of people in the past with different names( I have the prove). I will post more and more about this JZ auto on social media and neighborhood apps. Whatever it takes, I would hate to see another person getting scammed by these guys.

Smooth, No-Pressure Experience at CarMax Bakersfield…read more After months of visiting multiple dealerships in search of a very specific 2019 BMW 540i with the M Sport Package to replace my 21-year-old 525i, I found the right car at CarMax. From shipping the vehicle from Riverside to Bakersfield to driving off the lot, everything was straightforward and well organized. The Bakersfield team was consistently friendly and professional, and there was never any pressure--even when we declined the MaxCare extended warranty. The paperwork was handled quickly, and the entire pickup took less than two hours. Our sales associate, Keesh, was knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to work with, which made the experience even smoother. If you're looking for a transparent, low-stress way to purchase a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend CarMax Bakersfield.

My experience…read morewith this location has been the most unprofessional, frustrating, and careless service I've ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I picked up my transfer vehicle and immediately noticed cosmetic imperfections. CarMax chose to treat them under warranty, but once I got home, I found pinholes in the paint, a broken left taillight, and the start/stop service light on. I sent photos, and they scheduled me for the following week, saying they needed to "verify" the damage because they didn't trust their own service department. After inspecting the vehicle, they told me the taillight was on backorder, even though another dealer had it in stock. They insisted they had to use their local vendor. I dropped the car off the following Thursday. By Tuesday, they called saying the part was defective and needed to be reordered. They also said they couldn't handle the cosmetic work and would have to sublet it out. When I picked up the vehicle, the service advisor, Steven, gave me an excuse--but I immediately noticed they had installed a broken, used taillight. They scheduled me again. When I returned, they said the sublet shop had taken care of everything. That was not true. Upon pickup, I found new scratches and a dent. Steven said he would notify a manager. I called back and spoke with Bryan, who claimed he had multiple vendors who could fix the scratches and PDR the dent. I told him the scratches were too deep, but he insisted someone could handle it. I trusted him. The next day, I picked up the car--nothing was fixed, more damage was added from poor workmanship, and now my check engine light was on. I contacted corporate. Ariel promised a call the next day. No one called. I escalated to her manager, Dani. I told them I wanted the vehicle repaired at a certified shop because CarMax clearly didn't know what they were doing. They kept insisting I bring it back to the same location that kept damaging it. I called again and spoke with another manager, Rick, who said he could take me in--but not for nine days--even though I had already been there three times. He also admitted Steven and Bryan only told him about the warranty issue, not the damage their shop caused. Corporate was no help. I eventually reached the LGM, Tony. I explained the situation, the poor communication, and the fraudulent behavior. He said he would speak with Rick. They called me back and asked me to bring the vehicle in so they could "see the damage"--a full month after I purchased it. When I arrived, there was a man standing with his arms crossed like loss prevention. It turned out to be Bryan, the same manager who ignored my calls for five days. During the walk‑around, Rick immediately took an arrogant tone and told me, "It's a used vehicle, it will have scratches." I explained the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. He claimed they had signs saying they weren't responsible for damage--signs meant for customers browsing the lot, not for service vehicles. He then asked how I knew the damage happened there. I asked why they attempted to fix it if they didn't cause it. He said it was "a courtesy." Their "courtesy" caused even more damage. When I tried speaking to Tony, he stayed silent while Rick dominated the conversation. Bryan then inserted himself, accusing me of being aggressive. When I told him he needed to be demoted, he became hostile, breathing heavily, and had to be physically held back by the other managers while threatening me. In the end, they told me I could either drop the vehicle off again for the check engine light or pay my deductible and go elsewhere. It has now been a month, and no one has called me back regarding the damage they caused, despite promising they would. CarMax Riverside has shown zero accountability, poor workmanship, dishonest communication, and unprofessional behavior from multiple managers. Rick needs training or demotion, Tony needs to retire, and Bryan should not be in a management position at all. Bunch of clowns.
