When I called the Corona branch to have the hard inquiry removed, the customer service was awful. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly stressed. Liz, the representative I spoke with, refused to remove the inquiry and instead gave me a run-around with an 888 number. It's obvious that their business model is designed to waste customers' time and make them give up. I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and the CFPB, and she seemed completely unconcerned, which shows their lack of accountability. They do not care about their customers or the consequences of their unethical business activities. I do not recommend this business. They use false advertising to bait customers, and their customer service is a joke. If you have been treated similarly, I urge you to file a complaint with the FTC and CFPB to hold them accountable.

No warranty, no compensation, no offer to incur any expenses to bring the car to his shop to evaluate. He did gesture a break on labor for repairs. After discovering that the motor had been damaged and repaired and being told that the original motor was intact I decided to forgo any further dealings with Car EZ... Long story short, I come back from a vacation and I find out my truck is parked here with no engine…read moreor hood. Supposedly, willi(the manager) had his team remove the engine but had no idea why he was removing. A local thief took the truck from me and parked it at this location and told them to remove the engine. According to the manager he has no idea who the guy was but I'm sure that was a lie. Anyways, I called the riverside PD and had them write a claim with everything that these guys did to my truck. I couldnt take the truck back home the same day due to not having a working engine(removed by JZ Auto) so I told them I'll be back the next day with a tow truck. As we left, the manager called my financial company and put all kinds of fake liens on the vehicle. To top the cherry, Manager refused to give me my truck back because I called the police(I have the text). I called Riverside PD again and they told me this a civil matter now and I have to take them to the court. Taking legal action is the only way I can get these guys back but I pledge all you guys to stay far far away from these people. They have scammed a lot of people in the past with different names( I have the prove). I will post more and more about this JZ auto on social media and neighborhood apps. I was told they would remove it while we did the paperwork. After the deal is done, the next day I'm having issues turning on my car. I get AAA to check my battery, only to be told the battery is fine. In fact the same person helping me says they see a security system installed. I call the dealership to let them know they didn't remove their system. They say that's not possible since they removed it, which was a complete lie. The scammer on the phone got aggressive when I called them out on it, so I hung up. I figured it out after a while and haven't had any issues since. Overall, wanting to charge 2k for a cheap security system and then acting stupid when they know they left the system installed tells me how incompetent and shady they are. For the headache they gave me for not letting me know at least how to activate and deactivate it, at least I got an anti theft system thrown in for free.
