Emails from safe, well-known sources with text-only tables, security codes for two part login at banks, etc., or those using blind copy addresses are frequently not delivered at all with no notice of non-delivery. These same emails have no problem with Google, Yahoo or other major service providers. The only thing that keeps me from switching is the fact that I'm a tightwad.

First, we had constant ping spikes and internet drops on all of my and my roommates' devices. Second, as I mentioned before, I have to stay up late for school studying. Almost always, between the hours of 1:30 am to 3 am, the internet completely goes off the rails. I can't connect, and if I do, apparently it just swings back and forth between connected and not until I wait it out. You might think, why not call them? Oh, I did. When the problems first persisted, I had to link the router directly to my laptop to test the ping. Minor ping spikes and other things were detected. Alright, they'll send a tech out by the end of the week. A week passes, nothing. Get a phone call message and the person asks how the tech's visit was. What?! I respond but only got to them after hours. A few days pass, and they do a second check-in to see how the visit went, almost as if they didn't get my message. I call back, get ahold of someone else and ask them to pass the message on, that no tech came. Few days pass again, another message left. "Since I haven't responded, we're going to close your ticket. If you have any other issues, please call us back." I was so done by this point, it wasn't even worth the trouble.
