I live in student housing and all of my classes are online. I often have to stay up rather late to…read moredo homework and studying because of my work schedule as well. First, we had constant ping spikes and internet drops on all of my and my roommates' devices. Second, as I mentioned before, I have to stay up late for school studying. Almost always, between the hours of 1:30 am to 3 am, the internet completely goes off the rails. I can't connect, and if I do, apparently it just swings back and forth between connected and not until I wait it out. You might think, why not call them? Oh, I did. When the problems first persisted, I had to link the router directly to my laptop to test the ping. Minor ping spikes and other things were detected. Alright, they'll send a tech out by the end of the week. A week passes, nothing. Get a phone call message and the person asks how the tech's visit was. What?! I respond but only got to them after hours. A few days pass, and they do a second check-in to see how the visit went, almost as if they didn't get my message. I call back, get ahold of someone else and ask them to pass the message on, that no tech came. Few days pass again, another message left. "Since I haven't responded, we're going to close your ticket. If you have any other issues, please call us back." I was so done by this point, it wasn't even worth the trouble.
