Very disappointing experience with this towing company. The driver who came to pick up my vehicle appeared very inexperienced. He did not know where to properly hook the vehicle and struggled to figure out how to place the car into neutral. It did not give me much confidence in how the vehicle was being handled. When the vehicle was finally delivered to my home, oil immediately began leaking all over my driveway. The car had been sitting in a tow yard for months and never leaked there, yet right after the drop-off oil poured out underneath the vehicle. It appears something was damaged underneath during transport. Since then, I have called the company several times. Each time I was told I would be connected with a partner or someone who could address the issue, but no one has followed up or taken responsibility. Extremely unprofessional service and very poor communication. I would not recommend using this company read more
