What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer service (both in person and on the phone) and accountability when I tried to resolve the issue. I expected them to be able to correct this obvious error promptly. Instead, I spent far too much time speaking with representatives, repeating the same information, and getting little to no meaningful assistance. No one seemed empowered to take ownership of the problem or provide a timely resolution.
