***UPDATE** 10.4.24 I went to another Chase and they let me know you don't "need an appt" but its recommended. For something like me adding a beneficiary its quite easy as oppose to opening a brand new account. It took a whopping 5 mins during my lunch break. I had plenty of time to eat after we were done. Lowering this review from 2/5 stars to 1/5 stars because I was right about how quick and easy it would be. This branch needs to get it together. First time here We waited 5-7 mins before a lady came by and asked what we needed. We told her and she said let me see if the banker can do it in a few mins because we go by appts only (seemed like they could "squeeze us in"). When Manuel finished (5-7 mins later) with a client and asked how he could help us ...he let us know he was "booked" all day and we needed to make an appt. Why not just tell us that when we first got in? Why not have a sign saying appts only? What if I had fraud ? I can only be helped if I have a appt ? Overall we waited approx 10-15 mins for someone to say they can't add a beneficiary because it's apparently a 3 hour job. I work at a bank. Takes 5-10 mins. You already have the clients info...you're just adding a beneficiary and it's basic information since they're not signers. Usually a name , DOB maybe a social and an address. I wonder if I brought a 400k check if Chase employees would be too busy to open an account for me. Adding a beneficiary was too far down the totem poll to be assisted I guess read more

Honestly I don't know why people are giving this place a 1 star! The service is great and they (at least every time I go) always have at least 2 tellers working and 2 people in the cubicles and 1 greater who is always nice and makes me feel welcomed. They have a total of 5 ATMs. 4 are located within a the building and 1 is outside for those who do not feel like getting out of their cars and walking. The 4 ATMs within the building are divided in 2s. The first 2 ATMs are located as soon as you open the first pair of doors. They are in their own room and after you pass those on the right side of the tellers are 2 more ATMs. I only gave this place a 4/5 star rating because it can get congested within the very first room where the two ATMs are located. This Branch used to be really really great when Harold, Jairo and a few other associates worked here. After the branch manager Dominique has taken over it seems that no one here really cares about service. I've been a customer of this bank for over 10 years I am also constantly referring people to this Bank up until this lady had taken over and completely gave me a distasteful experience. To be honest if my merchant services was not connected to my account I would probably cancel this bank and switch right away just because of how awful the service was. They have also now eliminated multiple windows at the tellers so you have to wait in long lines or use the machine was just a constant headache as well. The new staff does not really care about customer concerns just really getting things done and getting people out of there. My advice come back when they change management. read more

Great customer service today. Went into the bank during my lunch hour. Two others were in line before me. One rep came up to greet me with a big smile and asked how she could help me. I actually just needed quarters to do my boring laundry tonight. She took my cash and went right up to the teller and got my quarters for me. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was waiting for a banker for 45 minutes, there were about 4 or 5 other people waiting and one banker helping people. A 2nd banker came out to help, and the first went to lunch, leaving about 4 or 5 people still waiting. The banker told me he couldnt help me, I asked to speak with the manager, Tanika. The banker told me she was helping out the teller line, and she wouldnt be available to speak with me for 20-30 minutes. Wow chase seems like a company that tried to grow too fast and failed miserably Washington Mutual was a great company and thrived in customer service but after there take over Chase opened multiple locations but could not provide the premium customer service. the drive-through's were closed soon after opening and now they are replacing their tellers with ATM machines ! seriously if I wanted to use the ATM I would have used it outside if I came in the back there is obviously a transaction I needed to make that I couldn't make at the ATM. Moving forward Chase does not feel like a company that cares about there employees nor their customers. read more

This review is especially for Chelsea Curry. I came in to exchange some dimes for quarters (wash day). She was phenomenonal. I had no idea how to make a roll (I came in with loose change). She stayed with me, made me feel less silly about not properly being able to adult by myself lol. I hate ignorance in people especially when it's wrong . This morning I went into this branch to deposit cash into my nephews account 200.00 cash ..... oh no problem" Wrong" . Teller says it can't be done it has to be Money Order or Check no cash" WTF" there is no logic to this. The teller replies we can sell you a money order or take a cash advance on credit card or ATM and pay extra fees, no thanks there reason for this to prevent money laundering.
