I passed by this place on my way to work. The menu catches my attention. My colleagues and I tried on our lunch break. We were not disappointed. I ordered savory Bulgogi. It was flavorful. The place was neat and staff were very friendly. Great fast food options. I'm glad that I was able to check it out.

Korean build your own bowl place, for a quick lunch or dinner. Ordering is easy since you can take a menu sheet and tick off the items that you want. There's a mix of typical options like corn or cucumber, in addition to Asian ingredients like seaweed. The portion size is pretty big and ended up lasting me for two meals. Decent option if you're looking for something a little different for lunch.

This place is walking distance from my office. I was craving something that was somewhat healthy and quick. Found Ongi on Yelp. Ended up ordering the beef bowl over super greens. The meal came out super quick. I decided to eat at the restaurant so it would still be hot. The food was really good. The place is popular. When I walked in, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. After I took a seat, it stayed wall-to-wall busy the rest of the time. Still, they have a system down where no one seemed to be waiting for long. I'm definitely putting this place into my normal rotation when I'm in this office.

Quality fast casual Korean, great option for a quick and delicious meal in the area. Ordering in the store involves marking up a straightforward menu, choosing your base, protein, and so on. You can customize your bowl from scratch or build from a set of options for whatever is on special. I love that they offer both rice and japchae noodles, such a nice touch. I didn't notice the kimchi aioli included with my order, or else I would have asked to hold it; other than that, the dish was great, with big portions, good spice, and fresh ingredients. This spot is definitely going to become a regular destination for a hearty lunch on the go!

Customize your own bowl or pick from the suggested combinations. Ordering is easy and fast because you do so by checking off your items on the laminated menu/choice cards . Take it to tje counter and pay and that's it. Very efficient . The food was very flavorful and the ingredients (veggies etc) very fresh and size appropriate for easy easy. We got 3 different bowls to go. They have free fruit/mint flavored water. Bags are available at the utensil counter for you to bag yout containers. I got my 3 bowls it was alreadypacked in a bag, the employee asked it I was going a long ways and offered me a larger bag (it was pouring outside) . I declined the bigger bag as I had a tote that could carry everything. I want to mention the service my son and I received here. The guys were genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming. On a day when I was already half soaked and cold little niceties are appreciated. From the moment we walked in the greeting was so warm, like come let's take care of you and feed you. A simple gesture more establishments need to extend, this is the first impression of service. The restaurant was clean, food was great and service top tier. When I got home and unpacked the bowls I saw that they had put rubber bands around each bowl to secure them and our sauces had been plastic wrapped so they wouldn't pop apart. Our dinner was prepared with true ONGI. My son has been back 3 times already, it's always a pleasurable experience. Greta job here.

Walking into Ongii, you're immediately enveloped by a warm, minimalist charm--think clean lines, soft ambient lighting, and a casual yet intimate vibe. The service is impeccable--attentive, but never intrusive. The menu focuses on bold, comforting flavors with a clean, modern twist. Dishes arrive beautifully plated, but they still feel hearty and satisfying. The meats are usually tender and well-seasoned, with rich marinades that balance sweet, savory, and slightly smoky flavors. If you try any grilled items, they typically come out juicy with just the right char. The sides are just as impressive. Expect fresh vegetables, crisp textures, and vibrant flavors that complement the main dishes perfectly. The rice dishes tend to be warm and comforting, while soups or stews are flavorful without being too heavy -- perfect for lunch. Portion sizes are solid for the price, making it a great option for a casual lunch without feeling rushed or overly full. The overall food experience feels thoughtful, balanced, and satisfying -- the kind of place where you leave already thinking about what you'll order next. Special to Lala, Yvoh, Courtney and lyanel :)

Great service. Great people. Chill atmosphere. Great food!! Always satisfied with my lunch!

Only 6 shrimps in a bowl and they call it symbol bowl... could not give any less fillings and a lot of rice. So scamming and deceitful for a 15 dollars worth bowl Will never go again
