But during the initial quote they said if it was easy repair, he would not charge me full price...having said all that Item was repaired sucessfully, and in a timely manner. No appointment , no signing in and then waiting in a mall until called, service reps that used lingo, I could not understand or not having the ability to discuss with me the problems I was having with my phone without dismissing what I was saying or showing their impatience and annoyance when dealing a person who had computer limitations. Dave who ended up working on my iPhone was friendly, patient, informative and knowledgeable. My phone did not get fixed because Microsoft needs time to update some of my Info but Dave set that up for me to get done and then the rest of the repairs can be done. I walked out of there feeling good and relieved that I have a great place to go back with any other computer type problems and know they will be dealt with quickly and honestly. JTD System policy is that if you bring something in and they are not able to fix it, the customer does not pay. What a great way to run a business!
