Shane has been an absolute BLESSING the entire time. He has been nothing but helpful and considerate during the entire process. First of all he was able to preorder my phone for me, which was just awesome. He proceeded to make sure the plan we had picked was the best possible option for us. He also ordered me a case and screen protector for my new phone (then put the protector on for me as well). When returning to pick up my phone it hadn't been delivered yet but the lengths that Shane went to to ensure I still received my phone that day is astronomical. (Pretty sure he took his own PERSONAL time to deliver it to my house after store hours). I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved within the past week. I will NEVER go anywhere else to order another phone again. They are truly amazing here. 10/10 would recommend. The machine was picked up, repaired and returned to me within a week and it is now purring like a kitten. While Ariens themselves were not very helpful as I was disappointed with the purchase, Schaub spent extra time with me suggesting the best way to maintain the machine beyond the norm especially since it was apparently an older model from the Box store. I could not have received better service and communication about my machine. My biggest regret is that I purchased it from a big box store instead of an authorized repair shop like Schaub that is familiar with the tendencies of the machine. I'll add that I don't often leave positive reviews since good experiences are expected. I feel they went above and beyond, especially the mechanic, Kent, that communicated with me.

This review is base on my experience with Skyway Electronic Services in 2018…read more They had my power amp for 4 months in the summer (June-Sept) and another 3 months in the fall (October - December). They were supposed to repair a 60 Hz hum in one of the two channels and the protection LEDs. They did repair the protection LEDs during the first visit in the summer for $120.00. They never did repair the hum issue, however, after Chris indicated he had resoldered bad connections to resolve the hum issue. Wrong! The second time the amp went in for the same repair, Chris first told me they were waiting on parts on at least four occasions. Two months later implied that the amp didn't need any parts. (There are NO new parts in the amp.) Chris told me he sent the amp out to be scoped and there was no fault found? Wrong again! The hum still persists. I doubt they did an actual sound tested of the amplifier because if they did, they would have heard the hum. I feel that Chris lied to me several times during our phone conversations, further, they delayed the return of the amp twice for unknown reasons (at least unknown to me as there are no new parts installed). If your equipment is important to you, go out of Niagara for repairs. Skyway Service is the second incompetent service centre I tried in St. Catharines. I find it troubling that a person can masquerade as being genuine, and yet be so completely dishonest. I'll never trust them again. Philips 1200B
