Yes, I signed it, but I did not read the policy and assumed this camp's policy was similar to other camps' policy in this area that there is no charge if a cancellation happens more than 40 days before the camp starting date. I write this review just to remind people PLEASE READ THE POLICY! There will be NO REFUND for CANCELLATIONS AFTER JUNE 1. They only refund their camp credits to you so you can not get your money back!

I knew it was the perfect camp for my son since Camp Jurassic deals with dinosaurs and gemstones, both of which my son loves. The camp staff seem to be very caring of the children and offer plenty of fun activities. My son was excited every day to go to camp (and it was his first time ever going to camp) and after each day he always brought home a variety of projects that they had worked on during the day which varies from an erupting volcano, to an edible volcano, to a dinosaur model, to magnetic gemstones, rock candy, and so much more! My son was thrilled to go on a dinosaur dig where he "discovered" dinosaur bones that they put together. I'm thrilled to discover a camp that challenges my son both mentally (since they do scientific experiments and learning projects) as well as physically when they go outside to play. I've never seen my son so excited about attending anything before and he comes home every day with stories of all the fun he had during the day and all the new things he's learned. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for some place for your child to have a lot of fun as well as learn a lot in the process, since my son can't seem to stop raving about how great of an experience he's had with them!

The Winter 2024-25 season marked her first time participating in indoor cycling, and she attended nearly every class. We rented a road bike for the sessions so she could smoothly transition to it for the outdoor racing season, and the results were incredible. Through the indoor training, we saw dramatic improvements in her strength, endurance, and overall confidence on the bike. By the end of the season, during a challenging 52-minute class that featured progressive resistance, she was able to maintain the required RPMs while still talking and laughing--something that truly highlighted how much she had grown. The hilly courses and resistance-based workouts built both physical strength and mental perseverance, which paid off in a big way. During this year's triathlons, she powered past many athletes on the hills, a direct result of the off-season training. It was the perfect foundation for race season and allowed her to drop time significantly, earning multiple podium finishes. The outdoor training season begins in late March and is equally impressive. Practices focus on bike skills, conditioning, and essential race-day techniques such as mounting, dismounting, and transitions. Athletes are thoughtfully grouped by age and skill level and led by friendly, dedicated, and supportive coaches who provide individualized attention to ensure each athlete's development. S.E.T. also offers run-specific practice days and open water swim training, ensuring athletes feel confident and prepared on race day. The effectiveness of the coaching staff and training program is evident at every race. S.E.T. athletes consistently perform at a high level, with many earning podium finishes--our team's presence is always known. Beyond performance, S.E.T. truly stands out for its family-friendly, team-oriented, and fun-filled environment. Everyone is welcoming and contributes to a positive, supportive culture. We love the team dinners, hot chocolate runs, and other social activities that strengthen the sense of community. The team tent at each race creates a central gathering place for athletes and parents alike before, during, and after events--reinforcing that S.E.T. is truly one team. For any youth through high school students who want to be competitive in triathlons while being part of an encouraging, tight-knit community, S.E.T. is an outstanding choice.

I love the energy of the S.E.T adult team coaches. They believe in safe, informed workouts that are tailored for each athlete. The coaches show up on race day to help with logistics, cheerlead, and get some awesome race photos. They are accessible and knowledgeable in all things triathlon, the gear, and nutrition, too. The other athletes on the team are friendly and inspiring. It is a great feeling to show up for a training session or a race and see smiling faces that only want you to have a great race. And the racing kit is beautiful! It is a great fit with an awesome design. I've been racing for over 15 years, and the S.E.T adult triathlon team pushes me to be a better athlete and makes me feel so supported. I can't thank them enough!

I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son's lessons…read more His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son's confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn't perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. As a result, his confidence has significantly declined, and he is now experiencing anxiety behind the wheel and does not feel ready to take his driver's test. I was also very troubled to hear that she told my son another student had become so upset during a lesson that they got out of the car and refused to continue. That alone raises serious concerns about her professionalism and teaching style. In addition, my son has ADHD, which was disclosed at the time of enrollment. This makes patience and clear, supportive instruction even more important--unfortunately, that was not our experience. I attempted to contact the school on two separate days and left messages but did not receive a response. Had there been communication and a resolution offered, I would have preferred to handle this privately rather than leave a public review. As I prepared to write this, I also noticed that Toya Phillips has been mentioned in other negative reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. At this point, I am requesting two additional driving sessions with Coach Michael, as he was professional, patient, and truly made a positive impact on my son's learning experience. Driving instruction requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in new drivers. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.

Unfortunately, my experience with the behind-the-wheel lessons was extremely disappointing. Because of limited slot availability, I had to take lessons with two different instructors. During my second lesson, instructor Nadeem Qureshi focused more on questioning my prior experience than actually teaching me. I explained that, since I am over 25, I had already completed the MVA-recommended practice hours, along with some previous driving experience in my home country. Even so, a large part of the lesson was wasted before I was finally allowed to drive. Throughout the lesson, he repeatedly told me I needed more practice and suggested I book private lessons with him. After that class, he even told the receptionist that I should not continue without private lessons first. I declined and kept my final scheduled lesson. In the last lesson, it felt like he had already decided not to recommend me for the MVA test. I was marked as failed and pressured to pay for an additional private lesson costing $85. I also found some of his remarks disrespectful and inappropriate. I later complained to Mr. Husain, but I did not feel my concern was properly addressed. I was told I failed because I did not do enough head checks before lane changes. A driving school should guide students, correct mistakes professionally, and help them improve. My experience felt more like pressure to purchase extra lessons than genuine instruction. Because of this, I cannot recommend iDrive based on my behind-the-wheel experience.
