When you call in, the phone reps will do anything to get you off the phone as fast a possible. Natalie, Leslie and Demarcus located in the Owings Mills office all gave me contradicting information and none of the info was remotely correct. It appears that they do not understand how important healthcare is, instead they treat the business like they are selling ice cream cones. Horrible communication between their customer service, billing and prescription offices. I will be switching health care providers as soon as I can. BEWARE of this company!! The stress is not worth it.
