I feel that the people who say the fish they bought die once they get them home prob just are not that experienced or they have not maintained their tanks well leading to a lower PH so when you bring home new fish they die because most stores have a higher PH due to frequent water changes... He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

His shop has a variety of corals, fish, and some inverts along with lots of equipment available as well. I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.
