King was the 1st company that responded and we decided to go with them. They cleared yard of all the weeds, leveled entire yard, planted plugs and installed a temporary sprinkler. They completed the job in 2 days which was a little sooner than expected and will come back every week to check on the weeds until grass is fully grown. In addition, they installed pavers in the patio area. I am so relieved and happy that I finally have a yard that my family can enjoy. I would definitely recommend King to my family and friends. On top of that he works construction not available during his 8 hour work day and can't open a combination lock for the key to the work shop. In my condition was looking to alleviate some responsibility. He also lies says he came by and had to go to Costco for gas I needed gas drove there to fill my vehicle guess what they were closed. I reached out to the company, initially, and by 2pm the same day, they were able to get a hold of me. I felt very accommodated and taken care of sincerely, even though I am not an actual client. They listened to my concerns and got me in touch with the person in the incident, as well as relaying the situation to the supervisor. In a society where accountability and responsibility seems rare, they took care of me and made sure I was left satisfied, cared for, and I felt reassurance, safe, and most importantly I felt valued.
