I wanted a gel manicure after removing acrylic nails, the nail tech didn't even trim my cuticles, or soak my hands in warm water just straight to the color. That's something I can look past mistakes happen, they took off the charge for the manicure. I spent an extra 15 dollars for a specific color they offered, it come out patchy and you can see the brush strokes which I wasn't very thrilled about. At check out my total was 55 dollars I had a 5 dollar off coupon for it being my fifth visit, she stamped it and wrote it off saying my new total was 50 dollars. On the receipt they charged 55 dollars, they took my 5 dollars off but didn't give me my 5 dollars off.
