So I really wanted to like this place but the vibe is so unwelcomingly thick you can cut with a knife ! The wife (owners ) is condescending and rude . She provides service and doesn't say a word , face frowned and mood very uncomfortable. The owner and her husband almost hound you for tips , uncomfortably requesting " can you tip if you like the service " before you can even pay the bill and if you don't tip what they approve they don't say thank you! the owner Srey books appointments and will have you waiting while she finishes another client 30 minutes after your scheduled , she is very racist and and stereotypes her clients. The work done here is mid but is the closet to my home so I made it work , I have always paid full price with no complaint's even though they are overpriced. I come in sweats and comfy clothes and am treated like a peasant , however watch them offer other women of other races water , wine etc and not once offer me any. The staff aren't friendly and don't speak , the stare at you in your face as if they have been speaking badly upon you behind your back. I think it would be beneficial for them to take some cultural diversity classes as a staff so they can be more sensitive and respectful to people of all races. I will not return to this establishment and I will make sure I let my friends , family , coworkers and social media followers know as well. This place is disgusting and it needs to be known. DO BETTER ! PS... Lastly the owner replied to this review I never tip not once ! How would they know which client I am ?? That a lie and shows this is normal behavior ! The people who work here are lovely, and really competent and fast, but not too fast. Sometimes all it takes is a simple gel manicure to turn your week around! This is my go-to salon. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. As you can see in the photos the nails are SO thick, uneven and overall look bulky and bad. My nail tech was very nice and so was the rest of the staff but, yikes! These are the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. As soon as I left I went straight to another nail salon to get them fixed. The other customers were a bit entitled, leaning over me to interrupt my nail tech to ask her to do their eyebrows? Um nah, wait your turn or simply say excuse me . My first review was from my first visit which was a great experience and had me coming back for over a year. Cindy always did my nails to my liking. I stopped going due to me waiting around 15-45 minutes even after making an appointment which started to become a consistent thing. Final straw was me waiting 45 min a few weeks ago then when it was time for my services - pedicure, refill, brows I was told she had another apt and wouldn't be able to do all. I was pissed from already waiting so she got to taking off 3 nail polishes and I got up and left. Won't be returning and it's a shame because I loved my nail tech but the service was absolutely ass due to the lack of workers and the constant overlapping of appointment times!!! To end, I have no problem waiting 15 min whenever but if a customer is late to their appointment exceeding 15 min they will be skipped and passed up. read more

Omg these people are incredible. Today I went here for the first time and I'm thinking this will be my new regular go to nail spot. To start off, their facility is so clean. Everything seems very modern and properly maintained. The workers were very friendly as I entered and greeted me. They were able to get me in for a pedicure right away. I picked a color and was immediately directed toward my pedicure chair (where they already had hot water ready to go for me). I will also say these chairs are very inclusive; I'm a very small woman and so the massage chairs don't always adjust enough to comfortably accommodate me, though these chairs seem to have a wider adjustment range than most that I've encountered. The friendly woman doing my pedicure was very attentive to me, ensuring the water wasn't too hot and that I liked the color I selected. She also offered me water or soda before we started. We had friendly conversation as she worked on my feet (which needed A LOT of work). Everyone seems very talented at their craft and this nail spot has an overall happy and relaxed vibe. I had a great experience. My hands and feet were totally destroyed from walking around barefoot so much and from scraping my nails to get sticky tack off of my classroom walls. The technician spent more time than most scrubbing my feet to take the callouses off. She also sanded down all the layers of cracked and chipped nails on my hands so that you can't see the cracked layers anymore. I also had a cut on my toe and another on my finger and she was very gentle washing around those. (I told you my hands and feet were in bad shape lol-) All for $25. The only thing that could have made it better was a harder leg and foot massage- she was gentle with that. But it was still a nice massage (with hot stones), scrub and polish. I really like this place! I have had nothing but good experiences here. The girls are always nice, I've never had to wait, and you can't beat the price! $25 Mani/Pedi!!! PLUS they use hot stones on your legs when you get a pedicure and rub your shoulders when your nails are drying at the drying station. My sisters and I go here every few months to catch up and enjoy ourselves. My only complaint is sometimes the manicures chip a little fast, but my sister got a gel manicure and it lasted forever! One woman had her head down on the table the other was sitting with a magazine and we got turned away because "refills required appointments." I don't think I've ever had a worse nail salon experience. Extremely rude, everyone of them. I got a gel manicure and my best friend did as well. Her nails chipped n broke in a matter of just 2-3 days after getting them done. She's had to get them redone twice. My nails are so thin n fragile, they did not buff them out. I asked for the "claw" nail shape n they charged me 10$ for it after arguing with me telling me they don't even know how to do it even though I had a picture I showed them. Made appointments for people n they patiently waiting, when they came bAck they were fighting with them or just bluntly ignoring them pissing off customers. I had 2 different people work on me because the first one had no experience. I was extremely disappointed and angry when I left and I will never go back again. read more
