The women who work here are dedicated and do a great job. Because Padma's is well-staffed, they are able to accommodate a good number of customers at once. For eyebrow threading/waxing, appointments aren't required. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my threading done. Overall, I really like this place. The women who work here all do a great job. While they're not focused on exceptional customer service, they still do their best to make conversation and be friendly. For anyone who is familiar with foreign-owned businesses, Padma's has some of that sentimental "back home" feel. Their pricing is also much lower than others in the area; they charge $6 for brows and $4 for upper lip. However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

The reaction was so bad I ended up at Urgent Care and then several days later, at my dermatologist for help. Unfortunately, no help from Garden Medical Spa. The owner call me (after I left two messages) and said this is normal. He never ask me to come in, just continued to say hang in there. After being on medication to heal the reaction, the swollenness has subsided, but the itching and redness is still here. The effect from this process has left my skin dry and wrinkled. It is as if, my skin looks worse. This is NOT the establishment you want to go to for any treatments, as they will not stand by their mistakes or help in any way :=(( I have truly been on my own.

Adriana was my masseuse and listened to what I needed and delivered with flying colors! AND- the massage was a full one hour! I took my daughter as well so I could use up my membership, since I cancelled after that last place, but having the great experience at the Turnersville location has made me change my mind.
