I figured it was a long shot so I was shocked when they answered quickly and after I explained my situation they said they would come to my home within a few hours. Sure enough Dominic and a crew showed up a short time later and went right to work! They were on the roof getting started in moments. The price was great and they were completely done within 2 hours. I cannot think of the last time I was this happy with a company. They clearly care about people and went out of their way to help me in a pinch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the quality of the work, communication, and follow through. Some specific areas of disappointment: More than six months passed between accepting the bid and actually starting the project. It required several phone calls to get on the schedule. Then, they did not start work when scheduled and left to go hunting in the middle of the project. They told us to expect a two day job, it took a week to complete the bulk of the work and it is still not done. We were forced to rearrange our own work schedules several times to accommodate repeated delays. Once we cut the check, they seem to have abandoned the job completely despite committing to return and finish up. They have said "tomorrow" a few times, but don't show up or call. Gutters they'd removed for the demo of the old roof were not reaffixed. They also threw away entire portions of the gutters and damaged other portions. Nails, staples, shingles and other debris are all over the yard and driveway and left clogging the gutters. The swamp cooler was removed when demoing the old roof, but was not reattached when they finished (it was left just sitting on the roof with no warning). They also cut the water line to the cooler. When demoing the old roof, they tossed the shingles off without protecting the sides of the house or sidewalks. They used wd40 to try and clean off some the tar that is now marking up the house, but that didn't do much other than add grease spots. Everyone involved in the project was nice enough throughout the process and they seem to be knowledgeable about their trade. But it feels like they have more work than they can accomplish in a professional manner and don't care about inconvenience to the customer or making the effort to get things done properly.

On Friday, June 5th, I contacted Annette directly. She seemed concerned and promised to follow up, yet I heard nothing. When I called again on Monday, Annette did not initially recall our previous conversation. Once reminded, she again promised a prompt follow-up, but I have still not received a call back or an estimate. This experience stands in stark contrast to their company's stated values of "One Team, Integrity first, Safety, and Quality Obsessed." I hope the owners Kevin Ott and Joe Juelfs will investigate this matter, as the current level of service is unacceptable for potential clients.

Could not get any response from the company when I tried to get them to come out and address the issue. Called and left messages multiple times and finally gave up thinking they went out of business. I'm now out here while it's raining (New Years 2025) and I see 7 leaking areas. This shouldn't happen after such a short span of time. Since I found that they still appear to be in business I decided to leave a review (which I rarely do but made an exception). They also had used to different peace's of metal on the back of the roof showing spaces were it should be one long peace. There was also one place around the chimney that still has a broken tile that I had pointed out every time they showed up to fix there mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
