Visit - 1/10/26 To the shift leader Yadira working today .. GIRL you run the most unorganized team under your direction / supervision. I came in and placed an order for just Spam musubi and it legitimately took almost an hour . While other patrons that came in after me that placed an order to Dine in or take out all got their orders prior to me . After 30-40 mins , she had to replace the order in their system . What probably bothered me the most when I originally placed my order upon arrival & wanted to PAY with the exact dollar amount & change she refused and said I've already processed it .. I'm thinking you really got Selective listening after I clearly told her I'd pay the right amount because I didn't want a bunch of loose change in Return and she didn't feel like calculating match obviously I knew it was going to be down hill . My eldest daughter and I were in search for a fast food restuarant that we have not tried yet. Well, Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Fontana saved the day and we skipped the fast food search LOL. We got here about 30 mins prior to closing. They only take to-go orders at this time which makes sense. They have to start cleaning up and close restaurant. I ordered our usual for my daughters. One Seafood Mix and one Shrimp and BBQ Chicken. Prices have gone up quite a bit. Both items came out to be $30+. Seafood has always been more expensive. Anyway, per my daughters, the food was good overall. The chicken had great flavor, but was more charred than usual. I noticed food ordered near closing time is usually not the best as compared to the morning or afternoon when they are cooking up a storm. Towards the end means what's left for the day unfortunately. Staff was okay. Service could have been better. I felt like I was being watched while I was sitting there taking pictures of the food. I wasn't planning to eat it, but when the covers are opened, anything is possible in the eyes of the watcher LOL. It's all good. No harm no foul. Nothing was eaten by us. Just eaten by the phone LOL. When I called to the restaurant, the woman who answered said she was in charge and they can't give a refund because I ordered through their website and to contact Uber Eats. I arrived only to have to wait in line to tell them I had an online order. They had a sign for online orders, but one cashier taking orders for everyone in that line. I finally get to the front and tell them the name for my online order, only to be told it's not ready yet. After waiting 15 minutes past my pickup time I walk to the counter to check, and am handed a bag of food. I ask how long it's been ready and sitting there only to be told, oh about 5 minutes.
