Delicious fish at a value added price. My plate was an economical $13.99. I chose rockfish with garlic butter sauce accompanied by white rice and rosemary sauteed zucchini. The fish was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Portion size was generous as the fish consisted of two filets. Zucchini was sauteed to a crisp tender. White rice is converted rice but it tasted good with the fish and vegetables. I also ordered fried oysters as an appetizer. These were not so good as the breading was very thick. The breading was also seasoned heavily so I could not taste the very dry oysters. The sauce that accompanied the oysters was rather strange tasting as well. I could not describe the flavor profile other than it seemed to be a sweet chimichurri. I don't recommend the fried oysters. The restaurant dining area was very clean. Staff were welcoming and asked if I needed assistance at the ordering kiosk. I plan on returning to try the Barramundi next time. read more

First off, every time we come here - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today one of the self order kiosks wasn't working, so one of the employees directed me to a gentleman to help take my order personally. I was so flustered by the self ordering kiosks that I ended up ordering the wrong things when we got our food. I ended up ordering two orders of - 2 pieces of fish taco combos. Instead, I meant to order 1 order of a 2 pieces of beer battered fish combo and 1 order of a 2 piece fish taco combo. Also, the side orders were wrong. So when I went to the front to explain what had happened, the gentleman that took my order was the manager and he was so helpful in making my order right. He compensated us and gave not only 2 but 3 pieces of beer battered fish, and another side order of zucchini. My favorite thing about getting their beer battered fish here, whether it's just the fish or getting a fish taco is that the quality of the fish and make of the fish is so delicious. You definitely get that crunch factor and the batter is so light. Another one of my favorite things here is their sweet potato fries. This place is so beyond amazing ! The vibes were very welcoming everyone is so nice busy but they definitely don't forget to greet their guest . OVERALL THE FOOD wasn't a mess on the first place. It is called a shrimp trio coconut shrimp with shrimp skewers with roasted corn the sauce is half Cajun half garlic. The second plate are Cajun shrimp tacos with sweet potato fries and corn as well. My first time here and won't be my last. I ordered the Atlantic salmon because they didn't have any sockeye salmon available. The fish was cooked well and so was the zucchini but the rice had a few hard pieces in it and I wish there was some more seasoning on the fish. I love the fact that the food is healthy! I visited this spot to have lunch with a friend. We're both trying to do better with eating healthy, so California Fish Grill it was. I'm from Rialto/Fontana, but don't go out that way too often. Things have definitely changed, with the addition of the whole shopping center area. You walk in and have their menus displayed. They also have areas for you to order, but we chose to order with a worker. I ordered the Salmon bowl. I don't remember what my friend ordered. You enter your number to get a notification that your food is ready. I will say, we did wait some time for our food to be ready. We didn't mind it, since it was lunch to catch up and we had a lot of chisme to share. They have an outdoor seating hour, which was to sit out because it was cool outside. Wouldn't recommend it with the current weather because there's minimal shade. When we did get the food, I will say that I LOVED my salmon. It had a good ration of veggies and my rice was super tasty. The bowl was just enough for me to feel content with lunch and not overstuffed. Would definitely recommend this as a healthy lunch option. read more
