I apparently attempted to try this business some time ago, thus I receive text alert coupons. I usually only wax in warmer months, pre-vacay, or prior to my annual girls trip. Im still not a real fan due to my horrible grow back struggles with ingrown hairs. Then after a positive experience elsewhere and my friend saying "waxing with consistency" will decrease ingrowns and your hair becomes softer, finer and takes longer to grow back each time. For this reason, I have attempted to continue on a schedule. I tried to book with Ms. Annie's a few times online. My account wouldn't work, so I called to get some assistance on this day. The young lady on the phone was in a rush. I wanted her to help get my online account working properly so I would have the ability to select any available appointments slots posted, service provider, and have option to cancel/ reschedule within limits posted. Instead of helping to get my online account working, she simply booked the appointment. I called back in less than 15 minutes to request a change. She said, I'll make the change, but you'll have a $50 fee whenever you reschedule. I was mortified! That wasn't really smart. The only thing it did was solidify that I definitely will never book at this business!!! Poor customer service and vibes!! Also the online scheduling system didn't work well at all!

I really loved those. - they charge +$1 for every extra color they apply for children. I think that's crazy! If your kid wants 5 colors applies, for example, that is $5 extra! She also provides other waxing services such as underarms and arms as well. As I've said in my previous review, the studio is clean and hygienic! Her packages are fairly priced and can be used within 6 months of purchase. You can easily make appointments online through their booking system and tip is accepted through cash and credit card. COVID-19 protocols include wearing a mask at all times and a temperature check. Lydia also changes gloves frequently throughout the service and sanitizes her space frequently. Oh, enough of the fun and games.  Tina  did a fantastic job for a newbie at QI Massage  in the business center of K&H Massage   There are a few problems that I will have to address, but they have nothing to do with Tina's massage performance or massage techniques.   1.  I did notice that during my massage, the music selections were of one song played over and over again.  I would have preferred no music be played in this case.  When I return here, I will request this. 2. I  happened to use the sheet that would normally cover my fatass, and used it to cover the table.  I did not see Tina complete the changing of the sheets, but I do hope she did this.   I am NOT saying she DIDN'T, I am just say it looked like straightening the sheets was all she did.  Also, Tina's English is still in the beginninger's stage, but she is working hard on improving her Grammer and English Language skills.  Please be patient on this...she is trying. 3.  I do recommend  K&H Massage do get a credit card machine up and running.   Walking back and forth between the two businesses can get annoying for some clientele.  Aside from those three things I noticed, my experiences with K&H Massage aka QI Massage.
