Great care, nice staff. Wait time was 30min and we were told that when we walked in.

Once again, another OnPoint Urgent Care disappointment. I have been to the Highlands Ranch location twice this year and have not been impressed. So this time, I took it upon myself to make a little change. I decided to trust the medical care at the Lone Tree location. Here is my tale to tell......... Arrived at about 3pm to an almost empty waiting room. I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who fairly quickly processed my paperwork. Sat down in the waiting room until I was called back to triage. I waited about 35 minutes I believe. While I was waiting patiently I noticed that a woman relieved the receptionist for a break. What was strange was that the woman is an RN. I have been to OnPoint many times and have never seen an RN on staff. Strange. I also thought it was a little odd that she was handling the front desk operations. I also thought I heard her munching away on some snacks too. So professional. When called back, I was greeted by a friendly and outgoing somebody. I had no clue what his role is or was except that he looked like an urgent care employee. He asked me about three questions and the rest of our interaction was non existent because he spent the remainder of the triage session typing away on the computer. The computers today get better medical care than the patients. Oh, he did check my vital signs thank God. When I told him I am here for possible recurring Pneumonia he quickly said, "so you're coughing a lot." When I told him no, he looked confused. Unreal. At that point he led me to an exam room where I waited about about 10-15 minutes to be seen. Dr.Braun was the doctor on site, maybe the only one on site at that time. I'm not sure. She looked in my ears and nose and throat and listened to my lungs. She never sat down during the exam. She asked me a few questions and then decided to order an onsite x-ray. A few minutes later the same triage somebody came in and escorted me to the x-ray room. He's a nice guy but a little to open about his job. Once again, OnPoint hires jack of all trades to assist patients. No one has a designated role except the physicians and mid level care providers. Dr.Braun came back and said I was all clear. She said a few words and released me. I was not impressed. On my way out I asked for a copy of my chest X-ray which she agreed to. I proceeded to the checkout desk. At the checkout desk I noticed two techs standing there talking to the RN. I told the one tech that I requested a copy of the x-ray. He quickly went to the back. I inched up to the checkout counter. This is where it got fun. The RN(Laurie or Laura) never acknowledged my presence. She continued to talk to the other tech AND play on her darn cell phone! About three or more minutes went by and she finally asked for my last name. She then printed out my report and handed it to me. No thank you, goodbye, feel better or nothing. Just a pathetic attitude. I wouldn't return or send someone to OnPoint on a bet. read more

Most pleasant urgent care I have ever visited. Facility was clean, quiet, and professional. Staff was fantastic (Sandra, Lori, Adam). I was in and out within an hour, but never felt rushed. The price of my visit was slightly higher than the average urgent care facility in my area, but I would absolutely use this office again in a pinch. Important to note - they require a pregnancy test for women of child bearing age! (For those curious, without insurance, visits start at $228. My insurance dropped it to ~$150. Average price for urgent care visit, according to my insurance company, is ~$124). read more

All three of the employees that helped me during my visit were top notch. Sandra - Receptionist - Extremely kind, expedient and very helpful. She had a smile on her face during every customer interaction that I witnessed. Lori - Nurse - Our interaction was brief but she was friendly and thorough while getting me ready for the Doc's exam. Dr. Braun - Physician - She made a flu examination as fun as it could be and explained everything that she was doing in a way that it all made sense. Prescribed the medication I needed to get better and told me what to expect over the next few days. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. In my experience, Urgent Care's are always pretty subpar in regards to customer service. This place is deserving of the five star rating and I will highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services. I decided after writing a few kind of negative reviews, I found a reason to write a very positive review! I was there today with bad cough, tight chest and shortness of breath. Even with their new computer issues (they have signs about it everywhere) everything went smoothly. The triage dr. was great. Very professional. But what was really outstanding was Dr. Rogg, she was the best Dr. I have ever seen well except my regular doctor. I am always a little skeptical of women drs. She was terrific. I usually have to explain my maladies to the dr., but she understood everything I was telling her. It was very comforting. As I told her, she is one of the best doctors I have ever talked to! I feel so much better already just knowing she had understanding of my medical history And I did not have to explain it to her which is what so often happens. I rate this office a 10! Hopefully there computer blip will be solved soon. read more

The facility is clean, and reception and tech/nurse friendly. Unimpressed with the doctor, barely checked my husband for his cold, and left with a prescription gargle that was useless. I caught the same cold, went to another doctor.. got an antibiotic, nasal spray and thank goodness probably kept me out of ER with an ear infection. Thus, while my poor husband suffered another three weeks with his terrible cold. I think our last hundred would of been better spent some where else. read more

This is hands down the best urgent care around. During Covid my regular doctor only did virtual visits, but On Point would see you if you were 10+ days past first symptoms. You actually see a doctor and they have labs and xrays in-house so you don't have to wait days or go elsewhere. The doctors I've seen have all taken their time, been thorough, and really listen to you. I'm glad we have this option. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all the doctors are even sick seeing their patients. I paid a $50 co-pay and now I just got a bill three weeks later for $245!!! SO GREAT. Of course they email me this bill on a Saturday and they aren't even open to call the billing department. They saved my credit card on file without asking me. There's plenty of urgent cares so skip this bullshit of "care" and go to a different facility. read more

It was great to see Aubrey, Dr. Rogg, and Michelle again. Received great care for my toddler who has been sick for about a week now. I drove across Denver from western Lakewood because I know the quality care I receive here is more than worth it. Left with a toddler in better spirits from the helium balloon and a Rx for his ear infection. read more

Excellent customer service. The lobby is a little small but the customer service is great. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming and has a great positive attitude. Dr was very thorough and took her time, excellent bedside manner! Not that I want to go back (for obvious reasons) but, when I need the Urgent Care again, I will go here. read more

If you are going to urgent care, it is likely you have something going on that can't wait - so being able to give a facility like this 5 stars is probably pretty unique. Our daughter had (soon to be diagnosed) an acute double ear infection ... and our visit here on a Saturday morning exceeded all expectations - in a positive way. The facility is new, cheery and very nice. The wait time was about 10 minutes (again, critical when you have a crying child!). I was worried that this wasn't pediatric urgent care, but we couldn't wait until the afternoon when it opened - I had nothing to worry about. The staff were warm and friendly, and were fantastic with our daughter. The doctor who treated us was wonderful, efficient and worked to make everything easier for us (a huge bonus since we were from out of town). She even gave our daughter an otter pop on our way out, trying to help offset the pain and buying us time until we got to the pharmacy. Can't say enough positive things about OnPoint - don't think twice about using this facility! read more

This was our second time visiting this location on a Sunday morning. Even though we were 4th in line, we were in and out with fantastic care by Dr Fogg in about an hour for a very painful heel injury. Everyone here is kind and professional. read more

Receptionist was pleasant and gave great instructions for paperwork. I needed an IV and the RN had no problem with my usually difficult veins. Dr Rogg was wonderful... great demeanor, prompt and good communication. Best Urgent care experience yet. read more

I was SO VERY impressed with the care I received. I got there slightly before 9 and they got me right in. They have the capability of doing x-rays and even blood work. Some of the blood work they needed to send out, but the Doctor had them expedite. I don't get sick often, so it was nice to receive trustworthy care seeing I don't have a primary care physician. read more

I was miserable -- could hardly breathe. Frankly, I'd probably put off seeing a doc too long. Within minutes I was in and out and headed home (with a pharmacy stop). The front office staff was cheerful; they even laughed at my silly jokes. I felt like the doc that I saw paid attention to not just what was going on 'right now,' but some overall issues. He suggested a medication that I didn't want to take for personal reasons and offered an alternative that worked very well. Would I return? YEP! Any complaints? Sure... I didn't even get to choose which trashy story to read in a magazine because the process was so quick. That's a good problem. read more

My 12 yr old fractured his collarbone on a Saturday morning playing football. Got there around noon and was out in about an hour. X-rays and script for pain with follow up instructions and a list of specialists. Great staff, nurses and Dr! Made my son feel comfortable and explained everything in good detail. Wow, much easier and cheaper to get into than my doctor for a recent case of bronchitis. Sandra the receptionist and Jennifer the RN/Tech were both friendly and efficient and Adam the PA was awesome. Very personable and explained everything thoroughly. Then a couple of days later someone called just to see how I was doing. I felt much more cared about that I do at my regular doctor's office! Worst place ever. This is the first time I was going to an urgent care center and had no prior experience. Anyways, the receptionist was decent and we were asked to wait in the lobby. There was only one other patient before us. We were called in after 15-20 mins. Things were ok so far. Then came in a rude nurse trying to take a throat swab. She was behaving as if she is doing a favor on me. I am paying for the service $235 and not getting anything for free right? Anyways, when I wasn't able to provide the swab, she stomped out in anger. I was anyways sick and is this the kind of behavior you expect at a medical centre? Also, the only person who saw me was a nurse practitioner and she prescribed the medication for Influenza A. Again she mistook me for someone else. Do you not keep a track on who your patients are? Also do you not have any doctors who also check the patient? Or is it only the nurses who prescribe everything. If that's the case, then what's the need of doctors anyways? WORST PLACE EVER. read more

I have utilized OnPoint's services a few times in the past two years for various issues. Each time I have been impressed with the kindness of the staff, the practically non-existent wait and the efficiency of the team. Tonight, I returned to them for an issue I had originally gone to them for a few weeks back. I was frustrated because I had reached out to my Doc, but never heard back and needed to address not only some kind of pain relief, but also how to treat it. I didn't even get a chance to sit down after signing in before I was taken back by the triage person. Once seated in the exam room, I only waited a few minutes for the Doc to come in. I was ELATED that Dr. Margarethe Rogg was there! She had been so incredibly helpful on my initial visit and I was comforted that the team realized I had seen her for the same issue and made sure she was who I saw tonight. Dr. Rogg is the most comprehensive doctor I have EVER had the pleasure to see. Not only is her examination thorough, but she asked several times if I had any questions, made sure to explain her prognosis as well as why she felt the specific discharge instructions were given. I found myself wishing I could have her as my regular doctor and HIGHLY recommend OnPoint for any Urgent Care needs! read more

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO! Worst urgent care I have EVER been to! After mis diagnosing me and prescribing me incorrect medication that ended me up in the ER for a week. I noticed that Onpoint took over $400 out of my account without notifying me. When I called to ask, thinking it was a mistake I was told that they keep whatever card you pay for your co-pay with on file. Whatever balance your insurance won't cover is then directly taken out of your account on file? Then saying I signed a consent. As a medical professional I would never sign a consent with reading and understanding it. There was no consent stating anything along those lines! Vintessa the "office manager" told me that everyone signs a consent saying that this is okay. Also she said that there was a noticed sent by mail informing me. I didn't do or relieve either. She also refused to take my card off file. I contacted my attorney and they are taking it into their hands. NOTE PEOPLE: I have managed an urgent care for over 3 years and I have NEVER heard if anything like this before. ANY CARD you give them will be put into a file data base and charged ANY REMAINING BALANCE. Do not trust them with your account. If you do not give them a card they deny you or make you pay cash for your visit. NOT ONLY WAS THIS THE WORST CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, but this place is just MONEY HUNGRY with POOR CARE. A bunch or crooks run this place and I can tell you they won't be open much longer. HIPPA violations, poor care, and violating patient bank accounts! This place is a mess. This is the best walk-in urgent care place ever! You can waste your time waiting for 2 hours at Concentra! Here, you walk in, check in, wait less than 30 minutes and get very compassionate care. When I'm sick, I don't want to wait forever for the doctor. They are very knowledgeable and prompt with service. Absolutely recommend this place for fast, friendly, and accurate service. read more
