This staff and the level of service at this location is phenomenal! Everyone is friendly, attentive and efficient, from the front desk staff to the lab techs, nurses and doctors. I had two visits within a two week period (unfortunately), and both went seamlessly. There was minimal wait time both times. Got here this morning around 10:45am from work for allergy rashes. I was the only one there. She asked my insurance card and I didn't have it with me. My information should in their profile. I had to call my husband asking for his SS and she said she got all the information......! After that she told me she still needed my insurance card number. I had to call my husband again....... . My husband is at work. I thought she finally finished all the paperwork and I just waited here for they call me. Until 12 pm she asked me: do you need any help. I asked her: what do mean. She said: you need check in on your phone. Of course I need photos of my insurance card to check in..... and I don't have it . I called my husband again and no answer . I asked her don't use my insurance I can pay by myself and she said: you have insurance..... I had two phone calls from work during the waiting period. I just left . Really disappointed with them. I went other places with out insurance card and never had this problem. read more

Told front desk lady partner was having allergic reaction and showed her the used EpiPen, and she didn't take any information or enter anything just told me to stand to the side and called someone up from behind me and spent 5-10+ minutes trying to collect payment from her. This was probably the best experience I've had at an Urgent Care. The office manager, Chris, was so kind and considerate and did everything to get me processed quickly. Sharon, the medical assistant, was very efficient and gave me some great advice. And Doctor Dan was professional and caring and spent good time with me diagnosing my issue and getting me help. PA Jade and Dr Casey are both warm, understanding, logical, rational, and filled with common sense. Her couple with doctor Casey, becomes a true power house. Both of them together provide a sense of true all around support, during my recovery process. Prior Staff, made me feel like an over exaggerator, ashamed, and afraid to say, that I wasn't ok...They were machine-like just to meet a quota, ready to ship me back to work injured. Current Staff, as well as Dr. Leitl are invested to make sure I am fully healed and get the specialist needed to speed up the process.' Ultimately, I adore, and appreciate their medical assistant Sharon! Sharon Goes above and beyond, each and every time, she knows me by name, and can pretty much sense my mood instantly! I got charged 507 dollars for a none emergency visit .... no one told me from the beginning about this. i was seen by a PA ( not even a doctor) to be only prescribed shingles cream, this is an abuse that of course makes everyone's insurance more expensive in the long run for every american. Don't waste your time! Slow service and when I went I was the only patient. I recieved a lot of attitude, not accommodating. I had a broken hand and no one helped me with the door. They did not listen to me when I spoke about my injury, they wrote up the paper work wrong, they were very lazy. Also, this office is not associated with a hospital. Came in at 7pm for my son who was injured at Football practice. One person that was being seen, once I checked in theyhad us wait in the waiting room he left at 7:35 took about ten minutes to get called back to a room. It's now over 8pm! There is over 5 people working here and no patients but us.... Still waiting.... I'll go to Sky-ridge I have been in and out there before.......... Finally get seen by someone and as we are leaving they say there systems went down. I waited another 25 mins for them to say they will have just email it to me........ 6 days later call in speak to Courtney .... I ask for my son's paperwork to email me, his pediatrician never received it! I was then told they have us listed as a walk out!!! I said that is not correct! I then said we were seen by Valorie Baxtor which is what is on his prescriptions! She got rude and said they will send it over when they finish the report. This is to be done within 24 hours. Better yet do not list us as a walk out! I had enough of her attitude asked for a manager who is Jennifer Rice who has me on hold for over 15 minutes. Unbelievable!!! This place is a rip off!!! CareNow advertises rapid covid tests both on the web and in signage outside the office. We came in requesting a test for my minor son and were given a 3:00 PM appointment. when we returned for the test, the nurse proceeded to start a full physical exam for my son. When asked why, she said it was "policy". We responded an exam was not requested nor needed, just a test. CareNow refused to give a test without a full exam (and the billing thereof). CareNow never asked for permission to give my minor son an exam, they just wanted to bill for it. In the midst of a pandemic, it's sad when for-profit health care takes advantage of the public. One of the most disorganized urgent cares I have ever visited. I had to come here for several work man's comp appointments. The first, the nurse didn't even know I needed a drug screen. The second I jumped through hoops to get them what they needed in the way of paperwork to get my case closed. Then was told my case wasn't closed and I actually needed to come back in. Come back in and they asked who told me to come back in because my case was closed. This urgent care also has little or no respect for people's time. They are a walk in clinic but will make appointments for you if you are workman's comp. If you have to go the Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree office show up at least 30 minutes early for your appointment. read more

My whole family came here in January, including my 6 month old and 3 year old. They were able to test all of us for the flu together and perform a chest X-ray on site. No waiting. Would highly recommend. read more

Don't go here! Don't let an empty waiting room fool you! You WILL wait at least 50minutes. The doctors aren't helpful at all and the staff is rude. The stars are from old reviews but recent reviews all show this place and the staff are horrible. The last three times we went we were asked to complete the same paperwork as the time before and the digital process takes a very long time (15+ minutes) when the paper process used to take 3 minutes. And if someone is quicker to fill it out before you they'll see that person first. So you better race :) ... We waited an hour the last time and NO ONE was even in the waiting room! I asked to breastfeed in a room and they said sure but then they never took me back to a room lol not sure what that false help was about- I'm SO fed up with this location it's ridiculous. Urgent cares can be known to have long waits but this is BY FAR the worst urgent care I've ever gone to. We've tried three times to give it a chance but never again. And if you check in digitally it's absolutely pointless. IF IT EVEN WORKS which it usually doesn't- you'll get an alert that they're ready for you but then you'll wait another hour. I was selected this location from Yelp, being the believer that I am. The service was great from the minutes I walked in (I always dread urgent care as it is usually not so urgent!), not this place however. Everyone from Mary, Erika and Dr Bob we're thorough and understanding. My diagnoses was sent home along with details, which were explained to me and not just handed to me, along with specific follow up instructions. If you're looking for someone that cares about their patients, this is the WRONG place, as evidenced by my 2nd interaction with them. 1st interaction - I went to CareNow because my back completely went out on me. Literally, I was having issues walking straight. The provider (Nurse Practitioner) ordered an X-ray and prescribed me non-narcotic lidocaine patches. For reference, she prescribed me 5% lidocaine patches (you can get over-the-counter patches with 4% lidocaine at CVS/Walgreens). The patches worked great and I made an appointment with a back doctor. Because of Covid, the back doctor scheduled-out five weeks into the future. I adhered to the recommendations of the nurse practitioner at Care Now by immediately setting an appointment and taking the lidocaine patches for pain. 2nd interaction - yesterday (four weeks post-Care Now visit and one week before the back doctor appointment) and my back went out on me again. Unfortunately, I had used my last lidocaine patches and I called the front desk and asked for a simple refill of the lidocaine patches (non-narcotic and non-steroidal). She said that Care Now has a policy of not allowing refills, regardless of circumstance. I pleaded with them to simply click on the refill button for this non-narcotic, non-steroidal version of Ben gay, but they said they would only consider filling it if I came in and paid for another visit. Where's the compassion, especially during limited doctor availabilities during COVID.l? I can understand if there were any side effects or potency, but it was a blanket "no", without regard to my compliance or situation. I will never return to Care Now, and I will present the greatest objection in the future if anyone asks my opinion on Care Now. read more

I was seen very quickly. Everyone was very nice and compassionate. I did not have to wait long for the doctor once they checked me in. The doctor was thorough. He gave me a few different alternatives for my care so I could obtain relief fast. I did receive follow up calls from the staff checking on me. That was appreciated.. Very clean. Pleasant staff. I wasn't comfortable with the physician, he isn't a real people person. Didn't say much. Did his examination, said the assistant would be in shortly. I found out my diagnosis when the assistant gave me my discharge papers. I like doctors with a personality, doctors with a warm caring disposition. This place is ridiculous. I did online check in, told them I was 5 minutes away. They texted me 20 minutes later. I came, was roomed after one other patient, and a walk in drug test, and have been sitting in the exam room for an hour and a half for a possible broken arm. No xray yet.....but my husband and I can hear everything in all the rooms bext to us. One had a UTI, one had a stomach ache (showed up after me), and the walk in passed her drug test. The provider complained she has too many irons in the fire and went to eat lunch. Now all 3 staff are sitting at the front desk on their phones. And I got a second text from them telling me to come in they are ready for me. Did I mention I am an RN that started working in the ER in the late 90's.... read more

I called when I was less than 5 minutes away to let them know I was bring an infant with a head laceration who I was concerned had a concussion. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. I asked to see a nurse, and the nurse and the front desk woman were laughing at me. I should add that there was only 1 person who arrived less than 1 minute before us, so they weren't busy. Finally, the nurse came to triage my son, but by that time we decided to leave. We went to the urgent care operated by Kaiser at Lone Tree and had a great experience. read more

I visited a few days before Christmas with a terrible head cold, on its way to becoming a sinus infection. The staff there really took care of me, and I was in much better shape just two days later. This is a top notch facility with great staff. In particular, nurse Mary and Dr. Robert Fromcheck who took care of me that day are great! When your four year old wipes out spectacularly on her bike and comes home looking like she went a few rounds with Mike Tyson, panic can set in. Luckily we live less than a mile from CareOne. From the moment we walked in, the front office (Sabrina) let us know that we were in good hands. We waited no more than five minutes and then Mary and Mallory took us to a room to start cleaning up some of the scrapes. They were gentle and kind while getting the job done. Dr. Montano was also wonderful. We appreciated the time he took with us and how patient he was with our daughter. Even though I gave them my insurance, they pressured me to pay a made up amount, and it is taking weeks and weeks for them to reimburse us over $100 that we shouldn't have paid in the first place! We were vacationing in Denver for Christmas break. But, my daughter had a cough that would not go away (Going on 4 weeks now) so I googled an urgent care to take her and found CareNow Urgent care. When We arrived the receptionist welcomed us with a smile and was very attentive to my daughters needs, despite being ill herself. The back office staff were also very nice and friendly. We got back to the room very quickly. And, not to mention Dr Philip Hofschire he was so funny, friendly, and caring. He prescribed the RIGHT medicine. The next day her cough was GONE! Two days later we get a call from the receptionist to see how my daughter was feeling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE! read more
