    BEYOND GRATEFUL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. My phone was intentionally shattered, then ran over, & my phone was not backed up. I cried all night thinking I lost all my memories & notes.. my whole life was in that phone! Then by the grace of god, I found this place and they were able to get all of my data restored to my iCloud! 10/10 recommendation THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS

    Hubby & I walked into this joint, met the technician, told him our first world problems, he was very nice, he says, no worries, I can fix this in 30 mins or less my friend for $65 bucks. Replaced the battery, fixed the charge port in less than 30 mins for $65 bucks! Hubby is back to kiwi business! Screw Apple. Come here! Highly highly recommend.

    I am extremely happy with their services on my Apple Watch repair. I received a quote from contacting Onsite Cell Repair through Yelp within an hour of posting my question. Korban (owner) stated very clearly what would be repair/replace and how much time would it take as well as a flat fee quote w/ no hidden charges. I ask for available appointment, he has I can come anytime and gave hours of operation. I dropped off my watch the next day late afternoon (Friday) he said after looking at the watch that both the glass screen and digitizer has to be replaced but the repair may be done by next day. I checked back around noon the next day, my watch was repaired and he explained that they were waiting for drying time. He even offer to stay late so I can pick up my watch after their business hours. Extremely happy with the quality and services on my Apple watch 5, I highly recommend Onsite Cell Repair to anyone and will be calling on them again with my Apple devices.

    I don't typically leave reviews but this one needs to be mentioned. STAY CLOSE WHILE THEY FIX YOUR PHONE! Do not leave the immediate area because they will close early in the middle of the day! I literally stayed near the area, grabbed some food at Asian Mint (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it was soooo good) but anyways. I then stop by the shop to make sure it wasn't finished. I leave , because it was not, and 5mins later they call me and tell me they have to leave early. I said "wow, ok, we'll let me turn around. I just left so I'll be there in a few mins.". Mind you, they called me at 4:47 and said I need to be back by 5pm. I got there at 4:56 and they were GONE - disappeared and no person inside. I start freaking out needless to say Long story short I had to reschedule my entire next day to try and get back up there to ensure they had my phone and the repair was legit (because at this point I don't trust it). The fix looks ok I guess but we'll see what AT&T says about the parts. The phone feels...different. It's hard to describe it

Brought my iPad in and he fixed the shattered screen within a day for the best price anywhere,and also used yelp discount. Came back to him months later needing assistance clearing space on my iPad and he helped me in trying to figure that out right away. He is a caring and helpful person and I really appreciate that. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

We happened to be near an AT&T store and decided to "just pop in" to compare plans. Enter: Britney. I don't know if it's the difference between Verizon and AT&T, or California and Dallas hospitality, but the energy shift was immediate. The store was calm, well-staffed (four team members on a Monday afternoon), and every client was being helped with real patience -- no rushing, no hovering, no sales pressure. Britney was exceptional. Flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She walked us through every deal and promotion without making it feel transactional. She made small talk, kept the process light, and handled everything seamlessly. I was able to sit there working on my laptop the entire time without losing a single hour of productivity -- she only paused to grab a signature or get my opinion when needed. Dream scenario. An hour later, I walked out with a brand-new phone and zero stress. She was so informative and easy to work with that my dad even took down her information to come back and switch his line purely based on his experience with her. That says everything. The store itself is clean, organized, easy parking, and there's even a cute coffee shop (Lala) around the corner if you need a post-upgrade latte moment. If you're thinking about switching carriers or upgrading, go see Britney. Truly 10/10 service.
