My Samsung Note10 had a cracked screen. These guys were quick to respond to a pricing request and were the best price so I took the phone in. They replaced the screen and LCD in about an hour and a half. Used genuine Samsung parts and the phone looks and works like new. Will use them again when I need to fix something else. read more

they tried scamming me, they think i dont know what theyre doing or something. genuinely dont ever fcking go here, came here to fix my phone, then it randomly turned off after a few hours, came back the next day and they made up some stupid excuse saying that one of the parts were messed up and some stupid sht like that then told me i would have to pay like $100 to get it fixed. dumbest sht ever. proceeded to make more excuses even after i confronted them. probably took the good mechanics and parts out and switched them out with bad ones thats why my phone turned off, im not stupid. if i could rate this a zero i would and also sue them i would but i dont have evidence. again, dont go to this shtty place. go to apple to get ur stuff fixed, third party stores are sketchy. apple is expensive but its good and more better, they replace them with good parts and itll look brand new. dont go here. made more excuses and tried to get more money. dont trust this horrible store. genuinely dont even know how this place has good ratings. read more

This review is about T-Mobile customer service call center. This is the place is supposed to help you to listen to your concern and resovle it. T-Mobile as a telecommunication company has lost touch with its customers base who contributed generously to their bottom line for over 15 years. I am one of those customers. I cancelled my wireless service with T-Mobile on July 26th, 2024. I paid my bill and chose another carrier for my wireless service. so far so good! But I learned that T-Mobile was not your friend and upset that you left them. The customer service changed to customer service hell. When I called and asked the T-Mobile customer service to send me copies of my wireless bills for the month of May, June and July 2024. I immediately noticed indifferent attitude and giving me a polite run-around. I spoke to 3 people and they assured me that I should have my bills copies in my mailbox within 7-10 days. I have not received anything as I am writing this review. Please mail my bills. read more
