Wow... that was a long sentence... hope you took a breath or two LOL. So we had to check it out and see what "Typo" is all about. Hey, that rhymed. Cool! LOL As we got closer, we saw backpacks, stationary stuff, and some interesting artifacts. Basically, it's primarily a stationary shop. We come to find out from one of the staff members that "Typo" is a run on word to resonate with stationary paper and pen... eventual writing that may potentially generate typos... got it! LOL It's a really fun and interesting shop with lots of cool stuff. Atmosphere is welcoming. Staff was nice. Prices are very reasonable... you can get some knick knacks for $5. Sometimes they have specials like buy 3 selective items for $5.00. How cool is that! We didn't buy anything during our visit. I wanted to, but had to go because we were on a time crunch. From the people checking out at the registers to the people on the floor pointing you in the right direction. I will say it was a little hard for me to find the entrance at first. It's right next to Seafood City. I ended up buying a few snacks, some candy, and this ice cream bar that was actually strawberry flavor, but it looked like raw steak lol. I thought it would be fun. I tried to do some minimal research and it seems like there's not very many locations open in the US and I don't know how big it is in Japan if at all. But what I do now it's a fun store. And the price is actually pretty reasonable.

I noticed that your store had Pokémon cards, so I came back before closing to purchase one of the series. When Raffy pulled out the box, I asked if it had been opened. He closed it and put it back and told me it had not been opened. I trusted both him and your business, and I didn't think I would need to doublecheck a product purchased from a store. The issue is that I bought a 151 box. While we were backing out of the parking lot, I started looking at the promo cards and noticed that one of the seals was missing. My girlfriend went back inside to let them know and to ask for a refund. Instead of helping, Raffy immediately accused her of opening the product after the purchase and became confrontational. He also claimed the product came straight from TCG, even though I know those boxes are sold at Sam's Club. Not only was that interaction inappropriate, but multiple employees and were rude and even called us ugly while we were in the store. The place had a shady, tense atmosphere, and the staff behaved in a way that felt defensive and dishonest. Additionally, there was no sign posted regarding a no-refund policy, which is required by state law. If you review your cameras, you will be able to see our conversation and confirm that the product appeared to be opened before the purchase. Also pictured is the product and now looking at it while in the display, the one that is opened is trying to be covered by other product All I was asking for is a refund of the $159. I also have video showing how the employees were behaving toward customers while people were in the store. No returns here, be careful it's not posted anywhere in the store
