The employee was very nice and informative. She even looked up the other nearest Michael's to see if they had the items I needed that they didn't have in stock. I did enjoy the self check out. Then say I can assist the next person on the self check out. Then the lady who gets put in front of me gets the wrong color shirt and then another person comes to help her while I continue to wait.

Which is it? 4? 8? 20? Why does that somehow equal a 5-hour wait for something that takes minutes? There was no one else waiting in-store, yet I was told online orders come first and my only option was a refund. So you'll take my money, but can't take 5 minutes to help an in-store customer? And to further elaborate, as the employee was processing my return, I asked just one more time if they really couldn't inflate my balloons while I was there and she said no that they have 8 online orders they have to do first. I ended the short conversation with "wow, okay." This is beyond poor service, it's disorganized and unacceptable. If this is your policy, it needs to be clearly communicated BEFORE customers waste their time shopping. I expect a response from management regarding this issue, because this experience was handled terribly from start to finish.
