    Clogged toilet all day long
    Susan B.

Had a soccer tournament here on 6/1/24, got there at 8:30 am. Women's restroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 3 stalls. Filthy dirty bathroom, no soap and one toilet was clogged already. Asked the poor teen they had running the snack bar and he said manager left him with no toilet paper for whole day. He called his manager but guess she was too lazy to bring some down. Guess she wanted her Saturday off. We came back for 2nd game at 6:30 that night. Still no toilet paper and restroom still filthy. Many upset moms today. All these teams paid alot to come to this tournament. We came from Redondo Beach. Never again will we come to this ghetto field. It's too bad because the soccer park is nice but has lazy management. Could not any of them have run over to Smart & Final and grabbed a couple of cases of toilet paper and brought it back? They had the entire day to do this but no one bothered to come and fix the problem. They just left this poor teenage kid alone to handle all these irate Mothers. Bottom line is don't host tournaments if you don't know what you're doing. Making sure the restrooms are stocked and clean is pretty basic stuff. Very low class people running the show over there. Do not come! See the pics attached.

Great park to exercise and run a few laps. It's full of bright lights everywhere and enough benches if you wanna take a break. Me & my girlfriend played around with a soccer ball for a wile and shoot around. There are more then plenty areas to pick from n play a game of soccer. Pretty cool park to come n play at nigh.

Clean park, big with lots of fields, really well lit, bathroom access until the last game of the night, benches with tables available and cement benches with good shade available as well. Parking lot is safe. My boyfriend and his teammates say this is one of if not THE best field in the Inland Empire.

Great fields. I really enjoyed the mist machines, especially because it was so incredibly hot.

Yes they allow canopies on the park but can not get around 3 yards to the soccer field.

The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.

They had everything we needed in his size shin guards for $13.99 and cleats for $34.99. Such incredibly fair prices for quality gear! True one-stop shop for all your soccer needs. I called ahead and they held the shoes for us. When we arrived, they fit perfectly. A kind gentleman even helped us size the shin guards with the cleats so everything was just right. My son was thrilled, and I loved the excellent customer service and selection. Highly recommend this store for any soccer parent!

Ava did well and joined AYSO after her first season with Goals. Thanks to Goals, she excelled in AYSO and returns every off-season for training. This is her third year back, and I can't praise Goals enough. They have always been able to accommodate her unique schedule since she is only available on specific days. Recently, they brought in a new coach, Coach Luis. He is amazing and communicates with the kids very well. Since we first started, they have made many improvements, including switching out the turf, so no more mushy cleats.

I also learned that you can't even book a party more than two months in advance, which makes planning ahead incredibly inconvenient. After leaving several messages and still receiving no follow‑up, it became clear that communication is not a priority for this facility. If it's this difficult just to get basic information, I can only imagine how the actual event would go. Because of the lack of responsiveness and consistency, I ultimately decided to move forward with a different venue. Very disappointing experience.

It's really disappointing to see the Friday (already dead) and Sunday league dying out. Offering a real incentive to win, like 25% to 50% off a season for the A division champions, could help bring back some competition and excitement. Another issue is the price increase. Going from $800 to $1100 for a season is a huge jump, especially when nothing has actually improved. SoFive is charging more but providing the same experience the previous owners, Upland Sports Arena, used to offer. At least they would post the winners and make players feel recognized. For a company this size, it honestly comes across as greed. At this rate, I guess I'll just keep playing the same five teams until everyone finally quits. After two years under SoFive, I expected more improvements, not higher prices for the same thing. I love playing here and I truly hope they do ANYTHING to bring both these leagues back to life.

As…read moreanyone who follows European football knows, there aren't very many places to purchase club wares here in the states so I went inside and began looking around. I am VERY disappointed to say that I couldn't find anything related to Arsenal at all (nor Man U or any other EPL team). I could only find a handful of poor quality t-shirts and and replica national, Real Madrid and Barcelona jerseys. A young man came to me to ask if I needed help finding anything and the conversation is as follows: Me- "Yes I saw that you have an Arsenal jersey on display in the window. Where are they located?" Him- "What's that??" Me- "What's on display... you know Arsenal Football Club. They play in the English Premiere League." Him- "Well... we might have something somewhere..." He then leads me to the woman working the register: Her- "What are you looking for?" I repeat myself about the the jersey on display in the front window and state that that's what I'm looking for. Her- "We don't have any." Me- "Do you have ANYTHING at all that's Arsenal?" Her again- "What are you looking for??" At this point I should have walked out but I can be pretty dense sometimes... Me- "Since you don't have any jerseys like the one on display in your front window how about you tell me what you have since I don't see anything related in the store at all..." Her- "I think we might have a scarf or some socks in the back. Do you want me to go check?" Me- "No I wouldn't want you to go through all that trouble." Her- "Okay." Truth be told it was a rather surreal experience... I don't think I will return to that store nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for anything football (soccer) related. It is a complete joke, not to mention disingenuous to display items you do not carry and know nothing about.
