I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to plan a birthday event with SoFive Soccer. I reached out multiple times with questions about their birthday packages, but no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I also learned that you can't even book a party more than two months in advance, which makes planning ahead incredibly inconvenient. After leaving several messages and still receiving no follow‑up, it became clear that communication is not a priority for this facility. If it's this difficult just to get basic information, I can only imagine how the actual event would go. Because of the lack of responsiveness and consistency, I ultimately decided to move forward with a different venue. Very disappointing experience. read more

SENT TO HOSPITAL this place is biased, the team that we played in the final played extremely rough and the ref didn't count it as a fail and continued the game even though I was on the ground hurting. I got sent to the hospital once the game was over Front desk and ref are biased. These teams take everything personal. I came to play here to avoid rough matches but it's worse over here. My daughter has been part of Goals for three years now during her off-seasons. She developed an interest in soccer at school and wanted to give it a try. Luckily, we found Goals. Ava did well and joined AYSO after her first season with Goals. Thanks to Goals, she excelled in AYSO and returns every off-season for training. This is her third year back, and I can't praise Goals enough. They have always been able to accommodate her unique schedule since she is only available on specific days. Recently, they brought in a new coach, Coach Luis. He is amazing and communicates with the kids very well. Since we first started, they have made many improvements, including switching out the turf, so no more mushy cleats. read more

Great facility to start off kiddos on learning the fundamentals of soccer and fall in love with the sport. Coaches at Rancho are dedicated and go above and beyond for the kids, I wish it was a bit more affordable and at least included a kit with the season payment. Maybe not all the starting seasons but every so often. read more

UPDATE: the following issue (the nets) has been addressed. I hate doing this because I really like this location but I'm only doing this because we need change! First of all you have the weird clumps that stick to the bottom of the cleats. Secondly, the nets above the goals in field 1, the ball exiting the field due to ripped nets wastes so much play time where someone has to exit the facility to go get the ball from the street. Again I'm only doing this because we demand change and this review will be changed once those issues are fixed. read more

We have a 5 yr old boy and an 8 yr old girl signed up here and they love it. The coaches are great and they pay attention to each kid's strengths and weaknesses to make them learn and grow. We will definitely be signing up for more seasons. read more

I've been going to goals for 5 years now and have noticed horrible quality in the turf that only gets worse every week. After a session, I have to go home and spend about 30 minutes cleaning the turf off of the bottom of my cleats. After complaining about this weeks ago, all that's been done by the owners is a sign that's gone up saying they are "aware of the issue," however clearly there is no progress being made. Goals also advertises being able to watch your games on their website, but I never seem to see our field recorded onto the site. Overall, save your cleats and go to a park instead. read more

We rent a field for our end of season youth soccer team. We have a parents vs kids game and then we order pizzas from the cafe. This is the third season we done this and its always a huge success. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The facility is very clean, and the fields are perfect and well taken care of. Thanks again for a great experience! read more

The facility in it self is amazing ...not sure about the programs they offer because my son was apart of an independent program outside of goals that practices there and that program is a joke and has the rudest owner ever if you take ur kids do not join the pumas academy it has poor management... but the facility it lovely. read more

Recently booked a field at Goals Rancho for my son's soccer team as the people we usually book from double booked our field and last minute we had to book our game somewhere else. Well, let me tell you this was probably the best thing that could have happened to us because of our need I came across Goals Rancho and so happy we did. The fields are state of the art and their customer service is excellent they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely book more games here as their facility is so modern and they know soccer! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!!!! read more

With limited viewing already with all the ads and field names, we asked if an ad could be taken down to view my sons tournament,we paid for, and we were told no and to stand somewhere else. This is a great facility for soccer. It is a turf facility and my daughter goes here for practice sometimes. She has also participated in a 5v5 league. They only had co-eds for her age group 2007-2008. She had to play an all boys 2007 team and she is on on girls 2008 team. The boys played rough and aggressive 5oward the girls. Wish they could play boys at least in her age group. Overall though it is a clean facility and easy to get to. Would recommend for soccer. read more

nice clean place to play, but the food is horrible. We waited 30 mins for an order of chicken strips and then find out they served our order to another person. Then waited another 10 mins for another order & disappointed to get chicken strips which tastes like plastic & soggy oily fries. Goals is way over priced and the front desk staff are rude and arrogant. The referees they provide are not worth the payment as each ref has their own interpretation of the rules and call each game different. You are better off spending your time and money at The Arena in Upland instead of this place. read more

Great fields, great coaches, but lack of management, basically anyone can walk in to join the classes, no one is at the front desk, coaches doesn't call the names, they don't really know who's actually signed for the class. No wrist band or anything for kids who's just trying a free class there. Every week there's different people in the class. read more

Bad organization, irresponsible staff policies. Consider this before signing up for anything here. Several times we have been given different prices for the same field on the same day and time. Then today they had a "Free" session with coaches and after signing up and leaving the boys there, had to find out that the event was completely canceled with no communication what so ever. Great facility and an awesome location to play soccer. I play in the adult league and my daughter plays there with her club team. There is definitely not enough staff. One staff member can be working the front desk, snack bar and handling any field issues at the same time. Staff is very unorganized especially setting up games times and matches. I have been coming to the faculty since the first week and they always say to bare with us, but I have still not seen a change. This could be an awesome place but staff definitely ruins this place. The other problem is that every staff member I talk to is a manager but has no authority. Half the staff is also more worried about playing on the fields than actually working at their jobs. read more
