I purchased a Neymar Jr. Brazil jersey for my son's birthday and paid for it in full upfront. At the time of purchase, the only jersey available had a stain on it. The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. When I asked for a pair of shoes, the employees didn't bring them out until I walked over and asked a second time. They spent most of their time standing at the register talking to each other instead of helping customers in the store. On top of that, when I asked if my daughter could use the restroom, we were told no, which was frustrating while shopping with a child. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and basic customer service made this a poor experience, and I don't plan to return. read more

We wasted an hour driving there only to have them claim that none of the cleats we wanted were eligible for the discount because it's only certain colors & they're out of those colors. We went here looking for a soccer ball and some cleats. They have a wide selection and for the most part everything was in stock. The reason why I'm giving this a 3 star is because the customer service sucks. Only one out of the two guys working was willing to help us. The other guys was pretty much whatever and not helpful at all. Also, when i asked the non helpful guy about the 20% off coupon they have advertised on yelp he said and I quote "my boss just called me and said thats out dated and not to honor them any more". I told him they should take it off because its false advertising. His response was yeah we should. I just saying if you have a valid coupon you should honor it. Ordered cleats 6/19 and was told they would been store 6/20. I live out of area so I told them I would pick up on 6/22. I get here and they tell me they can't find the cleats I ordered. They spend 30 minutes looking only to tell me they just simply can't find them. At this point I am desperate. Horrible customer service from the old man with glasses!! Bought a $80 cruz azul jersey at 11am almost noon for my brothers birthday. Went straight home dropped off the bag without taking the jersey out, went to handle something at work and when I came back home I was about to put the jersey inside the bday bag, but I glanced at it real quick and saw that the jersey had a small malfunction stitch. Once I saw that I got in my car with the jersey and drove 45 mins to the store for the guy to give me attitude saying that they don't sell jerseys like that, that it was my fault and he wasn't going to accept it. I proceeded to ask how i can possibly do that and he didn't have an explanation, After holding my ground for a couple minutes I asked to speak to the manager and right away he goes to get another jersey and with attitude tosses it with horrible mean face! My son and I walked into the store on 1/26/2020 around 3:45. I know they close at 4 pm. As we entered the store all the lights were turned off. A gentleman was sitting on a stool and glued to the t.v. As we looked around we were told by another employee did even get greeted that they close in 11 minutes. WOW... As my son found some cleats on the sale rack the tag stated they had a 9 in stock he was told by the employee all they had was 10.5. I went to ask for the size and they miraculously had it in stock. As we looked at other shoes we where going to ask for another size and spend $225 on a pair of cleats. I was told by the employee that the register auto closes at 4pm. I could not believe the way I was treated at this a store. As I walked out of the store I told the employee that is the worst excuse I have ever heard about his register auto closing. I have worked retail for over 20 yrs. the register does not auto close. I will never shop at thIs store again customers should not be treated this way. I do not recommend shopping at this store this the second time I have had poor customer service at this location. read more

I was in a bind trying to get my daughter's uniform in time for an upcoming tournament. Other places were taking 4+ weeks because of Covid, but this place did it in a week. Unfortunately, one of the shirts had a small hole and I was worried that the store wouldn't replace it based on other reviews. However, Dennis, the owner, looked at the rip and could tell that it was a manufacturer defect, not my doing, and replaced it with no hassle. A few months ago my husband took my son to the store after practice on his coach's recommendation to get my son some new cleats. My son had to go to the bathroom and they asked the staff and they said no. So my husband put down the merchandise he was going to buy and left (ended up buying cleats at Dicks). Yesterday I said we should swing by to look at cleats and other soccer stuff since we were in the area. I went to the cleat area I had to wave someone over to help us (staff was just chatting at the register), when he came over we asked for a size of a cleat he checked and said he didn't have that size as he walked back to chat with his co-workers. Since he wasn't interested in us we decided not to purchase a pair of indoor cleats & outdoor cleats (that pair had a tag that said they have my son's size in stock). We went to Soccer Blvd in Ontario had great service and picked up 2 pairs of cleats, a patch, poster & jersey. Two stars is for the clean nicely laid out store. read more

Poor customer service, I called before to get a price on Soccer package they said it was $29.99 and when I walked in I asked again and was told $29.99. When I got up to the register the girl didn't know the price had to call another store, which took about 15 minutes or more. Then she proceeded to tell me they're $34.95. I ask to talk to a manager she said he would be in at 4:30. When I called she said he's not in yet, Dennis would call me back, He didn't call me back. I called at 5:30 he was there, he was very short and rude. Somehow we got disconnected and he said that's the price it posted on his website, which it's not. We were told to leave and come back later...really? 5 minutes early? Lock your doors until you are open or when you better realize how to treat potential customers.
