Please read and post your reviews if this happened to you at this facility. I joined Anytime Fitness during the COVID era because I believed in what the owner, Joe Capote, stood for at the time. He presented himself as someone who genuinely cared about helping people stay healthy when many gyms were closed. His message was about standing up for people's ability to exercise, and that was something I respected. In August 2021, I experienced unexpected health issues and called Joe to cancel my membership. He told me it wasn't a problem and said he would place my account on hold for four months in case I recovered and wanted to return. When the four months ended, I called him again and told him I wasn't able to come back and asked him to cancel my membership. He told me he would take care of it and that I would be welcome back whenever my health improved. Later, I discovered my bank account was being charged again. When I contacted Joe about it, he told me I hadn't canceled my membership properly and refused to reimburse the charges. I have not stepped foot in that gym since August 2021. The charges continued until I ultimately had to close my bank account to stop them. As a father of five and a blue-collar worker, every dollar matters. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing because it was not what I expected based on the conversations we had. If you've had a similar experience with this gym or know someone who has, I'd appreciate hearing from you. You can reach me at ericmckenzie12@yahoo.com. This post reflects my personal experience, and I encourage anyone considering joining to carefully review the cancellation policies, keep copies of all cancellation requests, and monitor their bank statements.

From the directors to the administrators, coaches, and even the team families, Pipeline has consistently created an environment where players and families come first. What stands out most is how honest and generous the organization is. They are always willing to accommodate the unique needs of each family, which makes such a difference in a youth sports experience. Over the years, my daughter and I have been fortunate to build meaningful relationships that have grown into what feels like an extended family. The community at Pipeline is incredibly supportive; not just of athletic success, but of building genuine connections and closeness among players and families. The staff is dedicated and supportive both on and off the court, helping players grow not only as athletes but as individuals. When they say #AllIn, they truly mean it. Pipeline has become an important part of our village, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a club that truly cares about their players.

If your goal is for your child to learn, develop, and be given a fair opportunity We would not recommend this club to families looking for a supportive and equitable volleyball program! Mental health is very important and they don't care they want our $$$$$
