I had two deliveries through On Trac within a week of one another flagged as delivered on the On Trac site, yet neither was left on my doorstep or in the leasing office. When I had called to inquire into my deliveries, they let me know that it was in-fact the same delivery driver who had handled both orders. That sounded pretty non-coincidental to me, so I put in a claim for each order. After a week with no response from On Trac I called again and this time they let me know that they had closed both of my claims without notifying me because they had checked the GPS tracker and it confirmed the delivery. The response I received when I asked how the GPS tracker works was "I don't know how it works." In closing they said there was nothing else they could do for me. So here's my advice. Get a job at your local On Trac. They'll just hand you packages to "deliver" that you can just straight up keep for yourself. Eventually, when you have enough complaints against you, you will be fired, or at least that's what I was told when I had called to inquire into my own stolen items. However, you could probably come away with 5 or 6 packages without any repercussions before they decide to let you go. On Trac is a scam, get in on it while you can. read more

No stars. I'm not going to say that the company sucks, however the Stockton office does. They've lost packages for me that cost me more time to track, refund, and reorder then I can explain here. The manager was supposed to call me at least 4 times, per their main office in Arizona, but again, no balls to deal with customer issues. If I could give NO stars I would! This delivery service is absolutely horrible. My package was out for delivery September 2nd... was labeled "delivered" the same day... I got NOTHING. I have a RING video doorbell, and I can verify that no one showed up! Called, and they said one driver gave it to another driver who marked it delivered... hmmmm sounds a little sketchy to me. So then it was "out for delivery" again on the 7th... and was to be delivered that same day "by end of day"... got NOTHING once again. Called once again... but of course on hold for 45min... unreal. Supposedly was on the truck but was never delivered... here we go again. So it was once again "out for delivery" today (the 8th) and was to be delivered by 8pm... well it's almost 10:00pm and I have got NOTHING! On Trac sucks!! When amazon uses them for delivery there always seems to be a problem. There have even been times it says delivered but I have a camera and nothing was ever delivered. NOW I started buying Freshly meals. The contract is for On Trac to deliver these packages the next day because obviously fresh food is perishable. On Trac just cannot seem to do it. One time the package was shipped Thursday and didn't arrive until MONDAY! Gross. I even sent On Trac an email and specifically said DO NOT deliver that package, but it's On Trac so of course they delivered a crushed box of rotten food anyway. Now I'm waiting for another package that is supposed to come today but according to the tracking number it's in a facility over 5 hours away. If could give zero stars I would. Side note Freshly is awesome and actually gives me my money back and discounts every time On Trac messes up. I'm just waiting for them to switch carriers. OnTrac is the very first company that I have had the complete displeasure to do business with--they deserve zero stars if that was even possible. We have had multiple packages in the recent month that have either been: (a) lost/missing, (b) delayed by an average of one and a half to two weeks, or (c) never arrive. I seriously do not know how they stay in business. They do not answer their phones nor emails and they seems to put bogus information in the tracking information. OnTrac markets themselves as, "On time for Less," but in reality, you will be lucky if a package arrives in "one-piece" if at all. OnTrac is completely and utterly useless when it comes to shipping. I would rather pay more with FedEx, UPS, or USPS and know that they deliver on their promises. read more

If I could go into the negative I would. I have to use this company for work. I would NEVER use this for personal use. They once picked up and never tracked a package that made it's way to Portland.....a week late. They have not picked up several times for several drop boxes. I had to get employee checks to Southern CA and no one checked the drop of station. The person I spoke to said it was labeled "Stand Still". Meaning nothing in it. 18 years ago i evicted a person from one of hy houses for non payment and other things. This was in 2004. in 2021 i was at the lical post office. The reson i was evicted was thier too. He finished his business and was wearing a company shirt from Ontrac. He was at work at that time. He waited for me for 15 approx minutes. He came up tp me and said i have been on your property and at your house delivering packages. Hesaid he wanted his property fron the eviction 18 ish years ago. I said what ever, i then called his company and they said that thsi had happened. they said that they would make sure he would not be delivering my packages. then on 1-3-2021 i recieved another package. this one had a note on it from this person and he wanted his property from 18 years ago and he left his phone number this time. i again called OnTrac ans they said he would not be on my property again. this was confirmed through email. Yesterday on 4-6-2022 i reciebed a shipping notification that i would have a package from OnTrac. I called OnTrac and found out that this person would be delivering my perishable package. through many calls i was told that I would need to pick up the package and they would contact me or email when and were to pick it up. on 4-7-2022 i started to call OnTrac at approc 10:30 am to find out were to pick up the package. No one could tell me. i was escalated to a higher person again. they saidd that they would contact me back. i called a second time a hour later and was told about the same thing. it was now approx 1230 pm. I ordered some item from fashion nova my package was due to come 3/19/2018 today is 3/21/2018 so I called to see what was going on. They said my package was dropped off at 1:04 PM on 3/19/2018, I told them I didn't receive anything. The guy I spoke with said I needed to contact the seller, why when your company delivered the package and it was stolen or not dropped off at the right place. I left my house at 1:15 that day didn't see anything on top of that I've had other packages come this whole week and I have all my other items. Worst delivery service ever!!! I was unable to see what day my package was arriving even when I clicked on "Tracking Info." It stated the package would be delivered in 2 business days from ship date. Well, it was delivered after ONE day- which is nice, but I was not home because I didn't know this! After all, I was told TWO days! WhenI called to see when it would be re- delivered, no one could help me since the next day was Saturday and "Sometimes" the packages get delivered on Saturday and "Sometimes" they don't. Yes, that's what I was told. Great! My husband called again Saturday morning and was told "Maybe" it would be delivered, but they were not sure. They said they would try and contact the driver and find out then call us back. We never got a call back. We waited all day Saturday. We even have a glass storm door so that we can keep our front door open. We had two deliveries come but NOTHING from OnTrac. I just got off the OnTrac website to make sure my package would be redelivered today- Monday, and i was very angry when I read: "Delivery attempted;recipient not home." ON SATURDAY!!! I was home and they never arrived. So the order was placed again, and of course they never got here! On track says they delivered them to a storage shed. I don't have a storage shed. I ordered a Creality3D Ender 3 V2 printer and unfortunately it was shipped with OnTrac. My printer has been at a warehouse 1 hour away from me for 3 days. I attempted to schedule an warehouse pickup, and they tell me the package hasn't been located yet. I ask, "so my package is lost?" They respond, "no, it just was moved without where it was moved being on record", I respond, "Ok, so it's lost in the warehouse?" They respond, "yes". You guys need to figure this out. I got a notification that my package was delivered a week ago at 4:47 pm at my front door. I was home the entire day. Never heard the doorbell or knock on the door. My dogs never barked once (which they always do anytime someone comes up to our house). So I called the company hoping they would have an answer. The lady was very friendly and told me she would call the delivery guy and see what's going on and then she would call right back. Two days go by never received a call so I tried calling again a different lady answered same thing I'll move it to the top of our list and make it a priority and call you right back. Still never received a call. One week later and I have not received a call back and still no package. I will be calling amazon in the morning and see if they can do anything about this. I HATE this dam delivery company is the worst of the worst if not the worst delivery company out there. Every time I see OnTrac as the delivery option I start to freaking panic cuz I know I'm not going to get my package. I would say 90% of the time it doesn't arrive on time or it doesn't arrive at all, the delivery guy will call you up and if you don't answer the dam phone forget about getting you package that day, oh and if is the weekend your out of luck you won't see you dam package until Monday haha. Did I mention that they lie all the time too, I had a driver called me one time telling me that he was outside my apartments waiting for me to open the gate for him, but since I didn't answer at 7:30 am he decided to leave and that I wasn't going to get my packet until Monday, but after checking my phone right after our conversation ended I had absolutely no missed calls from him. To me Ontrac is the epitome of horrible shipping service, and It is best to avoid their services all together as they wish to not deliver products on time, and if your favorite online stores are using OnTrac to ship your items I suggest you give them a call and ask them if they can use a different delivery service, even if you have to pay extra. AVOID ONTRAC AT ALL COST. LOL read more

Thank goodness for honest people, because this company cannot seem to figure out how addresses work. I have "received" two deliveries through this company. One was thrown over my back fence, I guess they couldn't find my front door, odd. The second delivery was made to a home with the same house number, but no similarity in street name. The owners of the home had to call the sherif to get my number. This company should invest in GPS systems and employees that can read/understand them. Unbelievable. read more

This is the worst delivery service. I have had issues on 5 different occasions with this service. I have received orders from Jet.com and Amazon through this carrier. On several occasions when tracking my order it's been promised by 8pm on one day or stated attempted delivery on another and have either not received the package, nor was an attempt made or it's been days later on other occasions. I actually had an item stating it was held for inspection and it was Kirkland brand TOilet paper. Extremely disappointed. I will try not to use On Trac when at all possible. read more

Like others that have reviewed, I'm only giving OnTrac 1 star because I cannot rate them any lower. I have had to deal with this company on a number of occasions (through Amazon Prime and VitaCost). Every. Single. Time. they have 'service commitment date' that comes and goes because the package is "Undeliverable - Other Reason". Twice, it was because they broke the items inside the box, and every other time it's because the delivery person can't be bothered to drive out this far (I guess). Yesterday, the most recent debacle was the package being listed as "Out for Delivery" from Stockton at 11:43am... and then "Undeliverable - Other Reason" from Stockton at (you guessed it): 11:43am. They couldn't even bother to get the package out of the facility. The next update was at 3:27pm yesterday: REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY - from Corporate. It's now 24 hours later, and once again, NO PACKAGE. I guess even OnTrac Corporate offices can't kick the Stockton distribution facility in the butt well enough to get the job done. Way to go, OnTrac. Two big middle fingers up! UDPATE: So, I just called to find out where my package was, and why it was Undeliverable. Any guesses why? That's right, Damaged. AGAIN. Three times now. And because that wasn't injury enough, I got the added insult of a lame customer service rep that basically told me there was nothing they could do about it, because it's most likely a problem with the distribution facility. She also tried to pawn it off on VitaCost because they are probably using substandard packaging technique and/or materials. Um, no. If you've ever ordered from VitaCost, you know they not only use heavy-weight cardboard boxes, they also have dividers in their boxes to prevent items from shipping, wrap all breakables in bubble wrap, AND seal up any 'wet' items in zip-lock bags. Way to have some accountability, OnTrac. UPDATE #2: Called again to customer service, and managed a conversation with the account manager (Robert). Remarkably helpful, professional, and courteous. If I could give zero stars I would. My package was scheduled to be delivered 11/29 but never showed up. Their website said it was to be re-delivered the following day but never noted why. So day two came and went, still no package. I call ontrac and they can't figure out where my package is. They tell me the will investigate and call me back. Day three - still no package....I call again (another 40 min wait on the phone) and they give me the same run around....this person tells me the facility manager is going to page the driver and find out where he is....keep in mind this guy I'm talking to can't confirm my package is even on the truck. He tells me he will call back once the manager talks to the driver.....8 hours later and still no call.....I figure I'd send them an email next....still no response..... The only funny thing about this ordeal is while I'm on hold forever, they're looping an ad which states...."on time deliveries for less"......maybe they should re-think that advertisement.... Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star can not be less. I really dread when I order something from Amazon and they use the unreliable Ontrac. Last year I had problems with the delivery driver. He drives a junky noisy van, so you can hear him come around the corner. Anyhow he can not bother to walk the 10 feet to the front door and ring the doorbell to let me know that there is a package out front. (How many people use their front door anymore?) I have a camera system and have seen him stand at the end of the walkway and toss the package. I have called the office and it did stop for a bit. I have text alerts sent to me from Amazon to let me know that the package was delivered, since Ontrac can not let the resident know by at least ringing the doorbell. The last package that was delivered he placed on the door mat leaning up against the door. Good thing it was light enough that I could push open the door. Now waiting on my prime 2 day delivery from Amazon.....and nothing yet.... Usually delivers after 5pm, yet my package was not delivered yesterday and now the tracking says unavailable. I have even let Amazon know my displeasure with Ontrac, guess that they do not care either. read more

My husband and I have had lots of deliveries from OnTrac (not by our choosing) and most of them were fine, until today's delivery. It completely cancels out all "decent" deliveries we've had before. While we were out, our package was delivered to our apartment--- and thrown onto our patio even though the office was open! We found it on our BBQ! I've never been so appalled. I can only add to the complaints made by others. I have Amazon prime and have had no problem with USPS or UPS deliveries. Ordered a few low-priced items on Amazon--a watermelon slicer and two pool floats--that were to be delivered by 8 p.m. on Thursday. No delivery. No communication from courier. Woke up at midnight and again at 6 a.m. and again found no package on my porch. From other posts, it was clear that calling Ontrac would be of no help. I contacted Amazon customer service, and Yvette contacted Ontrac. After being on a lengthy hold, she was given no explanation for why the delivery was not made, but advised that the package would be delivered by 8 p.m. on Friday. At around 12:30 p.m., I hear the squeak of my porch gate and see a man placing the package on my porch and walking back to an unmarked van. He did not bother to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. Guess that was too much trouble for him. I then saw that someone had cut through the black Amazon tape and then sloppily resealed it with clear tape. Not sure who opened the box or why, but I found it disturbing. Fortunately, the low-priced contents were undisturbed. Amazon will be calling me this morning to confirm receipt, and Yvette already indicated she would report my concerns about Ontrac ("Offtrac") in Stockton "up the chain." I also referred her to the complaints on Yelp. Like others, I wish Yelp had a zero-star option. read more
