Loved the Bison hats some of the line cooks bravely donned! Then there's the Bison. Got the short ribs. I could eat these often. Never had beef that compared. And, Bison is grass-fed and free range to boot, lol, on Ted's thousands of acres of protected prairie lands. Three months later, different day, same quality experience. For two people, take the bar seats with kitchen line view. Be patient and courteous, and it will pay off. Saw a lot of messy large parties and some entitled customers. Get reservations if there are more than two diners. Did I say they have the Bartenders make the deserts!? I would parse that out to speed up things.
