I have been going here for pedicures for about 2 years. I have been happy until my last visit. The next day I had a rash around both ankles. It had to be from the nail salon. Also I asked the gal doing the pedicure not to cut the big toenail much at all due to the problem with ingrown toenail. The left foot was good but she cut too short plus crooked on the right foot. Now I have a very sore toe. She nodded when I gave her the instructions but her English is very limited so she might not have understood. I really like it there but I can't go back. read more

I personally like getting my nails done there. However, my friend goes there as well and she gets charged $10 more than me for a fill. There is NO difference in our fills. Both gel, no airbrush or upgrades etc. I have a feeling that some employees may charge younger people more, assuming they won't question the cost. Very concerning. read more

Went in for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Women were very polite. Pedicure turned out pretty. When I got home I noticed my gel manicure turned out a bit sloppy for my taste. I'm forced to do one star but i would do zero. Nancy was very sweet, but did not give me what i wanted and was very focused on business instead of clients being happy with their end result. I asked for an acrylic fill ombré, so you would think i'd get ombré using acrylic like i said, but instead she used the airbrush when i asked her to not. She then proceeded to tell me that it is cheaper and looks better her way. She never offered to fix her mistake, instead she said next time i come in i can pay to get it my way. The nails do not look at all ombré and you can see the beds of my nails where she gave me a fill. The top gel coat is also so bubbly and thick that my nails lost their coffin shape. I went with my two friends and they also did not like their end product. On top of all that she would stop throughout the session to look over the receipts and money for about 7 min while i just sat there waiting. It was obvious she was more focused on getting done quick when she should be focused on customer satisfaction and what the customer wants instead of what she thinks would look better in her opinion. read more

It started out awesome...friendly staff, comfy chair, cute colours. Place wasn't as clean as you'd want it to be for a nail place. I spent 30 bucks on a pedi and 3 days later the Polish was chipping off! So disappointing! I would go back to get it fixed but I've got such a busy work schedule that by the time is end up going again It would be worthless complaining about it.
