You will not find anyone more genuine, knowledgable and caring. I have had a number of surgeries that have caused muscle imbalance as well as my aging knees that need to be replaced someday. His custom plan to improve my imbalance and bad knees worked in a very short time! This helped prepare me for my Rim to Rim hike in the Grand Canyon a 24 mile round trip hike with significant elevation. My knees improved greatly, no braces or tape needed and and other issues too - the best I felt in years! The other thing I need to say is that Ed has amazing energy and a joy for life that is contagious.....you always walk out of a session feeling you are going to have the best day and you also just had the best workout!

You can do so easily on their app. But keep in mind they do charge for cancellation less than 12 hours on top of that. Motivation right there! They don't like you being late, so if you can plan on being a little early. I personally like the Center & Balance, Reformer Flow, and Restore classes. Wish they had more of the Restore classes as that class gets packed and can sometimes be hard to get in.
