I went to StretchLab in Largo yesterday and was seen by Kristina. I took advantage of the 50 minute assessment and stretch for $49. I was very tight when I went in. After doing the assessment and seeing where my problem areas were, Kristina began stretching me. She never went past my comfort level, and I have to say I felt immensely better after working with her. This was not physical therapy in anyway, and StretchLab did not present the treatment as physical therapy. I signed up for 3 more sessions because it made a huge difference in my flexibility and the tightness in my muscles especially my hips and lower back. She also gave me some exercises to do at home to stretch the front of my thighs and increase the range of motion in my hips. read more

Would definitely recommend Stretchlab Largo. They have helped with mobility issues, pain and tightness. Always professional and listen to things I feel/think I need to work on and address other underlying issues. Drew is great to work with, but everyone is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Amazing to walk out of there and feel a lot of the tension I didn't even realize I was carrying relieved. I walked out of there with my muscles feeling more relaxed and pliable. I've never been and OMG! I'm so grateful I got in. Jordan stretched me and was nice, kind and caring. I work with Gretchen and have vastly improved my range of motion. Focused heavily on hip and shoulder rotation for golf, I've found it easier to rotate with more ease. I've literally dropped two strokes off of my handicap index and have gained distance through the bag. The ease of going through the shot and a fuller range of motion I believe has helped achieve the results. Just been 2 times and it is amazing the difference I feel. After the first stretch the shoulder pain that I live with day and night was substantially gone and after the 2nd visit it was gone.
