Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone was so welcoming and supportive. My favorite part is that the one-hour class is broken into three 20-minute segments: cycling, circuit-style strength training, and yoga. There were definitely moments when I wanted to give up, but the energy and encouragement in the room kept me going. I left feeling strong, energized, and amazing. As first-timers, my friend and I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

The people at check in and my instructor Liliana were all very friendly, and the energy in the class was amazing and motivating. You can do the spinning and strength exercises at your own pace without judgement, and Liliana provided several modifications for exercises too. The only minor things I would point out would be that when the instructor would say "5 seconds left" or "10 seconds" it didn't actually mean 5 or 10 seconds and was usually longer than that, sometimes based on the beats in the song, and when you are pushing yourself and getting tired, it can be misleading because you think you're done but you're not. But it could be perceived as a good challenge depending how you think of it. I was also disappointed that my name didn't appear on the screen like everyone else's did, so I couldn't see if I was meeting my fitness goals. I thought it was interesting that the people in the class as well as the instructors were all white women (except for one man who was also trying out the class for the first time), and people tended to stay within their groups. Overall though it was a nice workout with a variety of exercises, so you won't be bored. The music was great, and being around other people working hard will keep you motivated.

Extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my membership…read more When I originally signed up, I was told I could try the gym for the rest of the month at the promotional price and cancel the following month if I decided I didn't want to continue. The next month, I physically went into the gym to cancel. The employee told me, "You're all set, it's been canceled." I even thought it was strange that I didn't have to sign anything or receive any confirmation, but he assured me I was good. Then another payment came out. When I called, I was told I actually COULDN'T cancel yet because I had to reach the 3-month mark and the annual fee still had to come out. So apparently the employee who told me my membership had been canceled either didn't know the policy and wasn't trained properly. I waited until I was finally eligible to cancel, went back AGAIN, and was then told I had to pay for ANOTHER entire month in order to cancel and could just "use the gym for the rest of the month." If I'm canceling because I don't want to use the gym, why would I want to pay for another month of access? LMAO. At this point, I've paid for roughly FIVE MONTHS of a membership I wasn't using because every time I tried to cancel, there was another hoop to jump through. The policies are frustrating enough, but having employees give customers incorrect information makes it significantly worse. There needs to be much better training and transparency when people sign up and especially when they try to cancel. Customers shouldn't be told their membership is canceled, continue getting charged, and then find out later that the employee gave them completely incorrect information. On top of that having a cancellation fee is a scam itself. 2 stars because the gym itself was great. The training and policies.... Trash.
