Many, many excellent teachers have left due to being treated terribly by management and students/customers are also not treated well. The exodus of good instructors seems to be accelerating and many new ones are inexperienced and unprofessional. Instructors who've also taught at other CP locations (different ownership) have told me that this is the worst ownership/management team they've encountered. These people own 5 studios in the Tampa Bay area and they treat them like cash cows and show no concern for their customers and instructors.

There are about 10 spots per class, so the more popular classes fill up with waitlists. They will have certain specials intermittently through the year. Beware of the cancellation policy! I especially love taking Briana and Selina's classes, they bring such great energy and keep things engaging. The studio is always clean and well maintained, with a lot of class offerings so it's easy to mix things up. They also do fun challenges and events that keep it interesting, and a lot of the members are friendly, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and motivating.
