I had the worst experience at OP Nails in Lone Tree CO on Business Center Drive. I had eye brow wax dripped on my lip. Without my consent, she applied rubbing alcohol on it, by trying to stop the bleeding. Then, she took Carmex from her purse. Ouch! And Yuck! Make sure your pedicure towels are warm. I went back the following day. The owner made me wait because he was booking a flight on his laptop. He denied the incident. She denied it. He said they don't ever provide a refund. I wore the painful blister to my son's wedding. One week later, it is still there. I had a fake nail applied. It lasted two days. I stayed and cried, wanting a refund. Crying, he gave me a partial reimbursement saying that my crying would be a negative impact on the one and only client. He and the employee said that my lips just looked chapped. He could not have been ruder, more insensitive and unprofessional!! read more

I never go here because there is no place to tip on the receipt...it is cash tip only (one girl said she would take a check)...it is very convenient to my home, but I skip every time because of this policy...sorry, carrying cash is rare for me these days. read more

The first time I went, the co owner did my nails. The manicure was good but he would not stop talking and I couldn't understand him :( they don't have a place on the receipts to give a tip and they assumed I had cash (of course I didnt) so I had to go to an atm and then come back to tip him. The second time I went, it was a different person and the gel chipped off within a week. read more

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I have hit up numerous salons around town from Fishers to Greenwood. I showed up as a walk-in one day and Von took care of me. She is absolutely amazing! Not only does she do an incredible job, she takes her time and is willing to cater to the high maintenance type like me. She is very sweet and gives a great hand massage as well. Well, I personally love this place. I have a great nail tech that I will only let work on me. If she is not there, I don't go!!!! My lady, Von, takes excellent care of my nails both mani and pedi. went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails. i had an appointment, when i got there my water was already made up i stepped in and didn't even get to soak my feet for a bit she immediately started on one foot then the other the hot towel that was supposed to be wrapped around my feet was used to wipe the lotion off my legs and feet. when the lady was doing my full set she dripped acrylic on my fingers my nails were crooked and she painted them leaving the sides not painted i had to keep asking her to fix them . i spent to much money to walk out angry and disappointed. I will not recommend this place to anyone and i wouldn't go back if it was the last salon available. read more

I called and made an appointment for a mani/pedi and eye brow wax. While on the phone, I said I only had an hour due to a work event. So I decided to do a gel manicure as it would take less time. I arrived, reiterated that I had only an hour and Lisa got to work. While my feet were soaking, she got everything ready for my manicure. She was hurried but didn't miss a step - I had the foot and leg massage, cuticle trimming, callus removal, everything. My feet and toes looked amazing! Next was the gel manicure. Again, everything was done with haste but not a single step was missed. My gel French manicure was beautiful. I even got a hand massage, which some places skip all together even if you aren't in a rush. Finally she got my eyebrows shaped, and even did my upper lip for good measure. I paid, walked out the door and looked at my watch. 40 minutes. Amazing. I will definitely be back - and hopefully will have Lisa. She knows how to get it done! read more

This place is horrible. My person was working the desk, answering the phone & had rubber gloves on handling everything & then handling my feet with same rubber gloves. She got up at least 10 times to make other appointments for walk ins. She could have finished me way ahead of time if she wasn't so easily distracted. Not relaxing! read more

I arrived at OP Nails at 6:40 on a Saturday evening. The business hours on the door stated that they were open until 7:00 p.m. When I entered the building, no one greeted me. There was one customer being taken care of, and two men who worked there that were on their cell phones. Kim, whom I have been to before appeared from the back and greeted me. She then asked me if I could come back the following day because they were closed. By this time it was 6:45 and Kim stated that they closed at 7:00 and she needed to pick up he children. The other two men just shook their head "no." Unprofessional and rude in my opinion. In other words, they DO NOT CLOSE AT 7:00,BUT MORE LIKE 6:30. Decent space and usually no waiting but the people are rude. I always end up with the same guy doing my pedicures and it's so awkward, he just looks around the entire time and talks to his regulars that come in....completely ignoring me. Nail tech had the personality of a rock. I don't know the difference between the express manicure and the basic - I'm assuming it has to do with time - but I feel like I got an express but was charged for a basic. With all of the nail salons in the city you would think OP Nails would take a look at reviews and make some changes. It's my fault I chose this place but I figured , how hard can it be to give a crappy manicure? My nails look decent but I could have made them look decent at my house. read more

I will NEVER come here again. If I could give a rating less than 1 star, I would. The manicurist drilled STRAIGHT THROUGH my nail, right next to the cuticle, and continued drilling even after I asked him to stop and told him I was in pain. He continued to just fill the nail in, which hurt like heck. Idk what he was thinking, worst experience EVER. read more

I'm been with op nails for 10 years and I love their salon! I've realized that Tommy and Julie are the managers there, and whenever I seem to have a problem, I can always go to them for help. This is by far the worst salon in Indianpolis to get a pedicure. The staff is rude and impatient. I purchased a gift card out of state for my mother and they wouldn't let her redeem it without some kind of specific card which they never mailed her. They gave me a voucher number and said that she could bring that in. In calling them to resolve the problem, the man who answered the phone hung up on me and told me it wasn't his problem. My 64 year old mother had been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. NEVER again will I spend money at this place. Horrible service, rude staff. read more

Second worst manicure I've ever had. I got acrylic overlay and gel manicure with French tips. My nails are bubbled, he drilled my cuticles too far back and left bits hanging off, there is crackling down one of my nails and the polish, shape and profile of my nails is completely uneven. I asked for them to be left long; he filed them so unevenly I had him give me the file so I could even them up myself and lost about half the length. They did not drill ridiculous horizontal ridges across my nails, as I had asked them not to do BUT he did drill down into my nail when he took my cuticle off. Didn't people used to use cuticle remover? My nails look fake, bulky and cartoony; the silk wraps I just took off that I did myself for the first time looked better. They also forgot to wax my eyebrows and upper lip which I was perfectly alright with by the time I left; I hate to say it but I wonder what kind of disaster that would have been. Maybe they do a better job with their regulars, but you don't GET regulars doing a manicure like this. I feel bad for the guy; it doesn't strike me as a very nice life doing nails for fussy American women (like me). I couldn't even tip the guy because "their system doesn't allow it" which may be the case but that's really a disservice to their employees, who are probably working for peanuts on top of not getting any tips. The receptionist was the only English speaker there, but didn't really bother to try to find out exactly what I wanted or help me decide what to get. I would think working with the same people all the time you would develop that partnership in communication but she was young and probably just didn't know any better. On the plus side my nail tech did suggest I get the tips painted white further down than what I had initially suggested which did end up looking better under the circumstances.
