The ESQ company went out of business 8 years ago, so the pin was not an easy fix. I want to give a shout out to Teresa who went beyond the call of duty. They could not source a new pin, so she called me and asked if she could send the watch to a company in LA which has watches like mine, and could possibly replace the pin. That company did replace the pin and put the band back together again. And not only that, I was only charged only $15.00 for the repair. The ring was bent and didn't even look like one piece. I ended up taking it to Hollingsworth to see what they thought/could do about it and they said they would fix it for me. When they called to tell me it was ready they told me they had to take the old welds off and completely redo it. The ring looks AMAZING. Like it was never bent and it looks like it is all one piece. They didn't even charge me more for the time and effort they put into redoing it. I cannot believe the difference in the quality. They are truly the best.
