I called to get another refill for his fluoxetine & apparently you must pick up meds from their facility, they will not call a rx in. I explained I live an hour away. Does not matter. So I am expected to drive every month 2 hours to pick up meds and who cares that gas is over $5 a gallon. Owning pets now days is just too much. I guess Will be looking for another vet.

Of course, any pet owner would not hesitate to have the Vet figure out what was going on given that emotionally charged news. Those tests turned out to be $500+. All the cat needed was a flea bath and antibiotics and has survived now for 10+ months. Cat was anemic and had a flea infestation, both of which could be observed visually. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! Ask what tests, why, and how much because they WILL NOT DISCLOSE this information until you check out and are emotionally spent. The last two times we went they refused to even touch our cat because he was growling/didn't want to be examined, so they just didn't examine him and charged us $100 for their time. It is a little tiny veterinarian but they're growing, and I'm so so happy I found this place. I took my cat Pumpernickel in just for an initial appointment so that I can set him up with a veterinarian, transfer his records over there and get him started with a vet. Parking is convenient you can park right in front of the building. Thank you Dr Falcone for a pleasant visit and my female cat Macie will be going for her first meet and greet appointment next week.
