I was not happy with my order. I requested a full bouquet of bright Gerber Daisy's round design in a cute small vase. The staff was friendly and explained that the only red roses they had were "garden roses" which should last longer than the more traditional roses that I was accustomed to. Since that was all they had, I agreed and ordered 25 of them to be picked up later that afternoon. I made it very clear that it was my 25th anniversary and I needed 25 roses (you probably see where this is going). When I got them home, something looked off and I counted the roses - 22! Not even a full two dozen! I called the shop to see if they would make it right and had to leave a message since it was now after hours. A week passed and I never heard back. The roses never completely opened up and had to be tossed out a few days later. This place is in a great location and the staff seemed friendly, but the selection, delivery, and follow-through was severely lacking. I won't be returning. read more
