Referred to by a trusted friend, to Dr Van at Open Affordable Dental Care, in Bennett, CO. I was able to get in 2 days later! Dr Van was professional, skilled, gentle, and caring! Love love LOVE Dr. Van and how professional and knowledgeable she is. Everybody here is incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel very welcomed every time I come in. I NEVER felt shamed for the work I needed done or the state of my teeth when I was seen for the first time here. Dr. Van listened to my concerns, always made sure I was comfortable and double checked with my insurance about my procedures. I put off all the dental work I needed done due to the embarrassment and anxiety I had until I decided to come here, I recommend coming here for high quality care! I even skip dental offices closer towards my location and make my 30 min drive over towards Bennett for this office. I have been using this dental office for several years now and I can't express enough how much I recommend them. I am not a fan of the dentist, mostly because I have a lot of work that needs to be done due to years of neglect. However, they have worked with me to get the things done I need and at a cost that I feel is fair. Dr. Van is amazing and knowledgeable, she is friendly and caring and makes you feel at ease. I recently had to have an emergency visit due to an abscessed tooth and I saw Dr. Swanson. He is equally kind, compassionate and skilled. I visited with Dr. Scott today and enjoyed a wonderful dental experience. Dr. Scott was very personable and caring. He personally cleaned my teeth which I never had any dentist do before as they seem to have assistants that do this. I feel that having a Doctor clean my teeth is much better because they could spot issues that an assistant would not see. I also arrived early and was seen early. Well I tried out this dental office on a recommendation from family and I was really impressed. This place is open to extended hours even on Saturdays. Inside, everything was new and clean. What really impressed me was the people though. From the welcome all the way to checking out was smooth and friendly. This was my second trip to this office and there will be a third and a fourth! The staff that attended to us were Dr. Lisa Van, Brooke the hygienist and assistants Leanne and Shelby. They were friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and masked up (very important). Everyone was extremely meticulous in providing care, my little niece was a little bit anxious but Dr. Van made it a fun and pleasant experience for her. The surroundings were exceptional, lobby area clean and accommodating. Parking was also very convenient, all in all a great experience! Kudos to this dental dream team! Highly recommend! read more

I had an unsatisfactory experience - costly. Specifically Dr. Stott was engaged to place a crown on an existing implant. Discussions and x-rays prior to the procedure did not highlight any potential issue for failure. It did however, fail, to the point where I lost not only the crown Dr. Stott put in place but also the implant placed previously. I'd give the office one star except that Dr. Stott did refund my expense for the crown (not the more costly implant). And I would have given three stars if the refund was given promptly and professionally. It was not. I had to write and send certified letters and engage outside counsel. Obviously Dr. Stott was aware of his responsibility - he refunded the amount - but the refund came with a snarky and unprofessional letter where he compared my dental work to an automotive repair. read more

Just started going to Open and Affordable Dental and I am so happy with their service!! On my very first appointment which was supposed to only be a consultation they offered to treat me that night, 5:00 on a Saturday night. Dr. Annie and her hygienists are wonderful and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to be sure I was aware of every procedure. I was not only comfortable and pleased with my appointment but it was also by far much more affordable than my past dentist! I love my dentist and his team. So sweet, friendly, professional and fast. I took my kids to the Lil teeth dentist in Aurora and my son refused to open. It was a battle. Open and affordable dental suggested to just try and bring him in there and it was amazing, he loves the techs they made him feel comfortable. With my daughter who has a medical condition that could limit what dental work can be done, they took that into consideration and serious before they did any kind of work. read more

I brought my 3 year old Amin to get a cavity fixed, and teeth cleaned . she absolutley loves loves loves Dr. Amy and her dental assistant. The first day we came in she had the girl with super curly hair , then the second day she had the blonde pregnant lady. I'm awful with names but she had them laughing and they had her laughing. The second day she even walked around to find the assistant who helped with her filling the first day to tell her hi. She walked in the door and says "hi doctors I'm hereeeee" lol . My 15 year old daughter had her teeth cleaned as well and I believe her assistant was morgan. And she went back there by herself and talked to her like she was an adult , and amber just wasn't scared or anxious or anything like has happened at past dental experiences. We appreciate and just love yall. Also want to give a shout out to the lovely lady at the front desk, who is also a substitute teacher in the area, so she and my oldest just chatted away about school next year. All in all yall are the best thank you, we are so happy to have found a new home dental office since ours moved away to utah I have put off my own teeth care for 2 years because of my dental anxiety. read more

During the dental cleaning Dr. Stott asked me if I was happy with my smile. I told him a couple of things that I would like to see change. He was able to give me a treatment plan. Happily it was paid by the insurance company! He did not pressure me to get the work done. When I agreed to the option, he said I could get the work done that day! :-) Cindi did a composite build-up and did a great job! Dr. Stott put the final touches on it and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stott and his dental practice. read more
