I ordered the chai and found it a bit too spiced for my liking. However it was good enough to enjoy and fuel a morning of working and reading, along with some pastries as a complementing snack. They've got an collection of Black books all around-- might be interesting to peruse if that's your cup of tea. There were lots of street parking nearby if you couldn't find a spot right in front of the store. The store has a modest selection in my opinion but enough across different genres that you can probably find something. You know how some used bookstores carry books from the 1900s that makes it pretty hard to find more recent ideas. This place carries pretty recent publications (like within the past 20 years). Pricing was fair (2/3 off retail) given the nice conditions of the books. The cashier was a pleasant lady who was nice and friendly (without being overbearing).

What about customers who are allergic to pet hair? No doubt this couple would allege this is a support dog of some sort, which is a slap in the face to all those with a genuine need for a support dog. This looks like an expensive breed of some kind and groomed in a very high-end way. Seems more like a vanity pet than a support animal. Cab the manager politely ask the couple to sit outside? Or at cease the loud conversation? Not a pleasant place to browse in anticipation of shopping, not today.

Spacious, organized and fully staffed was just what the doctor ordered. The children's section was huge, there was a ton of seating and the selection was diverse and hit all his favorites. He has the building blocks of reading so it was great to see him maneuver among the educational and entertainment books. Got some looks that weren't so generous from staff but that's just a part of ppl in general not being aware of what autism is. But I did find another that also claims this too! Regardless, I'm ALWAYS going to go to a #romancebookstore! I also happens to walk in during an #authorevent, where Lily Larkspur was signing "Merry Meet Again. Lily said if Hallmark movies were my jam, the.n I'd like her book, so obviously I got it. But finally, I settled on a book with the edges sprayed in a soccer ball pattern -- the girly tomboy in me loves a book about my fave sport The bookstore, all 600 square feet, is extremely packed full of all romance genres that are very visibly labeled. They also have adorable merch, clothing, and tons of romance trinkets. But BY FAR are the Cockmark (bookmarks) that are so unassuming Also, just down the street is the brand new Thrillerdeplia, a horror and thriller bookstore! I typically prefer to buy from small, local bookshops, but when I know I need something specific (in this case, a smutty beach read and the new Sally Rooney), I tend to gravitate here for ease. That being said, they didn't have the exact smutty beach read I was looking for! I know Emily Henry is Emily Henry and it's spring break season but...come on. If you pull in, you do end up backing onto a busy road so leave with caution. As I said, they have a great selection. There are four rooms of boons, each section is clearly labeled and occasional thematic decor. There are also occasional benches so you can sit and debate which books you want to "adopt". They're used, but gently and each has a price lower then the face value written inside. They also have the largest selection of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys I've ever seen. Its all very impressive.
