Unfortunately, the male employee I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked questions, he repeatedly sighed and told me "it's not his job" to help. It's very disappointing to be treated this way when I'm simply trying to get copies of important sacramental documents. Customer service and basic courtesy should matter, especially in situations involving sensitive personal records.

It was a meaningful decision, and I was proud to finally receive my sacraments. Getting married in the Catholic Church has always been a big deal to me. Now that my wedding is two weeks away, I assumed obtaining copies of my sacrament records would be the simplest step in the process. Unfortunately, it has turned into one of the most stressful parts. I was informed that my paperwork was lost. Since then, trying to resolve this has been extremely frustrating. I've called multiple times and have repeatedly been told someone would call me back -- but I have never received a return phone call. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. I've even gone in person seeking help and was met with unkind treatment from the office manager, which was honestly disheartening. I have provided proof, including videos of myself receiving my sacraments and documentation with my name listed, in hopes of helping resolve the issue. With my wedding so close, I feel overwhelmed and stuck. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes that communication and record-keeping processes can improve for others in the future. This is an important and sacred milestone in my life, and I simply wish the administrative side of it had been handled with more care and responsiveness. This review is for the office, only.

The people are so friendly and welcoming. The worship just welcomes in the presence of God for remainder of the service. They offer so many different things for all ages! From infants nursery to our 50+ministry. I love that they have a classroom for children that may struggle with auditory or visual difficulties. If you are looking for a church home come visit.

I was at the back do to I was on a walker and I was not able to walk to the front. This rating isn't so much for the church, but for the school that the church is connected to. My child used to attend this God awful school. She came from a scholastic struggling background and this school. j. umped on the opportunity to help. They claimed they could help students with special needs, and claimed they had a high success rate for these cases. We accepted and started her course there. I personally saw major flaws from the beginning. The work she brought home was pre K at best and extremely cheap material. They killed her self esteem by providing daily punishments for her being behind. That included secluded lunches and daily detentions. When I approached the principal about her special needs at new harvest, she replied that she wasn't special needs and was just lazy! It was then that I knew I needed to pull her out of that dreading school. After countless noticable weaknesses in their teaching methods and disciplines, I decided to pull her out of that school and place her back where we started. Her now current school pulled her records out of New harvest and realized the school never even followed her IEP goals nor tested her for her disabilities. On top of that, they never tapped into her rights as a disabled student. They tested her immediately and found that she was further behind than when she first left. She was considered to.be a year behind before, now she's 2 years behind! And she was only gone for 1 year and a half! This school is unprofessional and back dated! I would keep my kid as far away as I could from this extremely awful establishment. They are lucky we didn't file a lawsuit against them.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted warmly by the ushers, and you immediately feel at home. The congregation is so welcoming, and the Pastors are truly inspiring. While I don't want to play favorites, I feel especially connected to Caleh--she's close to my age, a fellow mother, and incredibly relatable. Pastor Rob, Pastor Bob, and Joyce are all kind, gracious, and deeply committed to their ministry. One of the things I love most about this church is their honesty. The messages are real and powerful--there's no sugar-coating. The pastors speak truth with love, and they challenge us to grow as people and as Christians. Simply put, I've found my home here.
