There was one incident where a pedestrian claimed that a sign from the property fell on her (the police were called to the scene and the ambulance escorted her to the hospital), I was able to save a clip from the recoding and Richard helped me to get an even clearer footage which showed that the sign that fell- did not touch her. There were a few other Incidents off the property where we had requests from the LB detectives to help them with their cases with our surveillance cameras. Alarm 365 showed up on time on install day, took extreme care to not dirty or damage anything, we had just finished a remodel and Terry was very cautious to not dirty any of the freshly painted walls. Also, as the installation was underway, we discussed omitting some of the gear we had optioned as Terry felt we were more than protected. Any other company could have kept that quiet to inflate the invoice but Terry made recommendations to remove, what a stand up operation.
