Todd and his staff helped upgrade the internet at my boss's house. We had satellite internet which was really slow. He added extenders, and when the system was still running slow, he got on the phone with our service provider to pinpoint the problem. I needed a technician to come out to upgrade our modem, so Todd came the day the technician was here to make sure everything was working properly. He was incredibly helpful because I don't understand any of this stuff. He also offered more recommendations on boosting our internet speed, which I looked into having done. This is a low rating for a couple of significant reasons. I had water damage to my home so everything needed to be cleared out. I called these guys and they were available. They told me it was a two man job at a bit over $100 each per hour. One of the monitors that I wanted removed was held by Allen type screws and needed a specific wrench which at $200+ per hour these guys did not have therefore they couldn't remove it. They also " forgot". To remove the sub woofer. A different installer doing some other work had the right wrench and did the monitor and the restoration guys had to do the sub. Then when the stuff had to go back up these guys couldn't do it for over two weeks. That meant no tv as one room they dismantled held the brain of the video distribution for the whole house. They told me that if they had a cancellation they would call which they never did. I finally hired a guy who I should have hired in the first place. See my other reviews. I really never had a more irresponsible company ever do any work for us. I don't recommend them. High prices and half the job. read more

This is company is as professional as they come. They were able to upgrade our antiquated system throughout our home to state of the art in one day. They worked diligently while being very respectful that they were in our home. For anyone that has had work done on or in their home the clean up can be a source of discontent. TDR left the areas they worked in more pristine than how they found them. They were prepared with booties as they entered while being completely transparent as they worked. It was as if they were not even there. My 3 kids and I are now able to access the t.v. and/or music from our phones while designating where it is to play within our home. They installed a new doorbell equipped with a camera that also is accessed from my phone. They were incredibly versed in the current technology and maintained a solution for each issue that I had with regard to our decaying system. Since the installation, the President of the company Todd, has been accessible 24/7. I have consistently had questions as I navigate through the new technology. Each and every time I have reached out to Todd, he has answered me within one hour no matter the day or the time within the day or evening that I have contacted him. I could not be more impressed with TDR. I would encourage you not look any further. You will be completely satisfied with TDR. read more

The name says it all. I have used Todd both in my personal home and in the homes of my interior design clientele. He is so knowledgeable and efficient. No matter what the issues are, he is patient and unflappable. I have had him install televisions, sound systems, and so much more. He is beyond responsive. If I have a question and call or text him, I normally receive an immediate response. There is no having to track him down or begging for a call back. And I always appreciate the way he makes sure all workspaces are clean once things are complete. How many people have come into my home to work and done the job but left a complete mess? Joke of an operation. We trusted Todd and paid him 10's of thousands for our home automation and etc. Some of the equipment he sold and installed in our house were clearly wrong and misrepresented. When our systems; network, tv's, and cameras failed a few months later, we got an attitude instead of support a few weeks later stating he's too busy. Stay away from this charlatan. read more

I was about to move and didn't have space for my previous floor set-up in the new house, so Todd did a full 5 speaker install in the ceiling while also mounting a large-screen TV on the wall. The communication was great from beginning to end, including the estimate, installation, timing, and equipment options. He also wasn't pushing for me to get the most expensive gear, but rather seemed fair and honest with what I actually needed for the room. The work itself was expertly done, with Todd being super professional and easy going throughout. I'm very happy with the final result and will absolutely be calling again when I'm ready to upgrade other rooms. read more

I had Todd and his expert crew setup my entire AV system and network my home in Newport Beach and then drive up to San Francisco and do it again. They quickly understood exactly what I wanted and built a cohesive interlinked system that was super easy to use. The 4k TVs are beautiful and I use iPads with them; I especially love the incredible Sonos system and can connect via their app as I approach my home and turn it all on. But what I really like is their commitment to the job they do and how Todd is almost 24/7 if I have a question or need their help.
