I really enjoyed my time here ! From the cute pup sipping out of their crystal-filled water bowl, to the clean design that highlights the beautiful crystals, to the upbeat owner that was so knowledgeable and helpful. She really brought an energy that transformed the space from a cold, modern building, to a warm, clean, and inviting space. You can tell she knows what she is talking about and her honesty is refreshing. When I grabbed a crystal that caught my eye, she politely asked me a general idea of what I needed it for. When I answered, she quickly let me know that there was another crystal that would not only be more beneficial, but would compliment the one I was already in love with. On one hand, one could say she was up-selling me, which is true to an extent, however her authenticity and energy left me feeling that her advice was genuine and I ended up getting both. First time here the other day and it had a decent selection of crystals. The employees were nice and helpful as well! The store is really small and it felt kind of awkward being the only one shopping, because the employees are forced to watch you since it's such a small space, but maybe that's just my personal feeling. They don't have many things besides crystals, so if you're looking for accessories or related spiritual things, you might need to find a bigger store! I'll be back if I go in knowing what I want because they do have lots of crystals at good prices, I just felt weird taking my time and observing everything. read more

A friend suggested a few crystal shops after I told her that I had a dark experience during reiki yesterday (Open Eye Crystals was on that list). I had never even heard of the shop but my spirit was drawn here, so I drove across town. I walked in apprehensive and nervous to share my experience. I walked up to the counter like the beautiful weirdo that I am and whispered, "is there anyone hear I can speak with?" London was tactful and attentive. You can speak with me. In all honesty I was afraid to share, what if what I was expressed frightened here as much as it terrified me. For those of you interested-during my reiki work yesterday I was pulled into a few past lives and experienced deaths. So, much fear riddled me, I had night terrors last night as well. London was warm, charismatic and gentle. She offered a beautiful story that helped me feel like I wasn't alone, others had experienced it to. That it served as insight to assist in the karmic debts attached to this lifetime. She was compassionate, soothing my tension. I really loved her energy. Also, the fact that she made space for me, embraced me, listened and helped me feel seen (understood). Pleasantly to my surprise she knew exactly, how to assist with guiding me to select the perfect crystals to aide. London stayed with me, while there was minimal traffic in the store showing stones that aligned perfectly and answering questions. When several people entered the store she still held space for me in letting me know that she would step away to assist others but if I needed help with anything else she would still be there to assist. I could go on and on about how awesome London is, how knowledgeable and how beautiful her soul is. She gave so much insight and also knowledge on how to cleanse my space. Even teaching me the meaning of tomorrow date 02/02/2020. She talked about the sun and how it's a good space to send fears. I won't hold you all much longer. London thank you for your heart and beautiful spirit. You are a light in this world. You are pure love. She even hugged me at the end of the purchase and reiterated that there was nothing to be afraid of, to trust that I am protected, to drink lots of water, rest these next few days and to be gentle with myself! I found this place on yelp and decided to come visit and take a look. I was shopping for a birthday gift for someone that I knew loves crystals. When I walked in I was greeted by a large dog but he was very friendly. The shop is very small but the lady working was very nice and helpful. Anytime I had a question she did not hesitate to help me out. The prices were a bit bit steep for me but I was able to grab a couple items. Parking was metered parking in front. So happy to find a metaphysical shop in Mid-City! It's one of the only spiritual shops in the area. The selection is huge and everything is genuine - none of the fake stones you so often see in other shops. The staff is incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. They really know their stuff and give great recommendations if you ask. All of their crystals are labeled with their name and healing properties, which I greatly appreciated. The shop is very clean and a nice size. They also hold sound baths and reiki classes in their back room - which I'm excited to try out! I normally frequent old-school type botanicas with no name, but I love this shop and the owner - super knowledgeable and genuine, unlike many of the "trendy", pricey "New Age" (ugh) shops popping up in LA county. Reasonable crystal prices of ALL KINDS and some cute dragonsblood/rose petal bundled sage. Some candles, no chime ones, but enough material to get by if you need a quick restock. Used to live a couple blocks from here, but just moved out east (where all the botanicas reside). Still love em enough that I plan on going to their workshops and events, though. read more

I went here on a whim at the last second and i'm so glad i did! The person there was very knowledgeable and able to give specific recommendations. They have a great collection of crystals ranging from small to large and a beautiful deck collection. They also have a small shelf of books and I was sure to pick one up.
