I purchased an expensive Nambe salad bowl with wooden and silver tongs. The sales associate was wonderful and wrapped it in bubble wrap since I was taking it to SF. I held the gift at my seat on the plane. When we opened it at my son's house the tongs were chipped. I immediately called the store and they said they would call manufacturer . They never called me Back. I had to call again and they said they would call back. Never did. Bottom line I should have gone to Bloomingdale's. Despite the cordial nature of the owner and his partner they didn't offer any compensation nor did they even have the courtesy to get back in touch with me. Brandon finally called once he read my two negative reviews. Almost two weeks to the day when I called him. Again, the item was defective and no recourse was offered to me. His response consisted of blaming me for carelessness in transit. Absolutely nothing true. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We happened to be walking the dogs to get coffee one morning and there was a small display at the front door of dog toys and so of course I needed to stop because the dog immediately wanted to grab them. The owners came out and greeted us right away and it turned out they are also dog lovers. There were so many beautiful things in the store I had to come back a few days later to grab a birthday present for my sister. For starters, the store is laid out beautifully. Everything has its place and all of the themes are grouped together which I particularly appreciate because I am very type A. The store is clean and crisp but also full of color. It's literally the perfect place to buy a gift for someone who has everything but can appreciate a chic addition to their home or closet. The selection is everything from clothing, jewelry, candles, glasses and barware, to dog toys, things for the new bride, and something for your mother-in-law who you don't really know and you need to buy a gift for. While the store itself is amazing, what is different about this store than most places I've visited in Newport, is the owners. They will greet you at the door and they are very sweet and very helpful and you don't have to worry about the snooty Newport attitude. I was in workout clothes, sneakers and a hat when I stopped in and was treated equally to the woman carrying a Birkin bag and driving a Bentley. Which was very refreshing. The bottom line here is I have needed a store like this in my neighborhood for far too long so when I am running out the door to an event I am probably already late for, I can very easily stop in and feel confident I will find exactly what I need while simultaneously enjoying myself. We were driving through the Westcliff Shopping Center and came across. We noticed the beautiful chandeliers. We were immediately greeted by Branden and William. When you enter the store you see a bunch of adorable Chewy Vitton dog toys. Very inviting and such fun and one of a kind gifts . Perfect for any friend or family member.
