I've been shopping here for about 2 years and I love their stuff. I recently purchased some bath fizz which I was so excited to try. They super quickly dissolve when I put them on the floor of my shower meaning they don't do what they are supposed to do. The salesperson is always so friendly when walk in to buy something but when I came to return an item his vibe completely changed. He denied a refund which was fine, he was just rude about it and not like his friendly self. Also, make sure you always mention to your customers that you do not offer refund. read more

Stopped in here after leaving some of my favorite shops in the area, looking for straw hats. They are all on a hanging wall at the back of the store. As soon as I approach to view them, I was halted from approaching by a guy behind the counter, stating, "this area's closed off." In sheer confusion, I asked, do you mean I can't shop? His response was if there's something you need , I can get it for you." If that isn't welcoming, I don't know what is. Their moving truck is beautiful and Lupe and George brought all the items in, installed nicely and neatly, measured everything so the room is perfectly in line. I was so impressed with the efficiency and care they take in your home. No nicks or dings while moving in large pieces of furniture. I don't even want to give Olivia one star. The most unprofessional person you will come across and has shady business practice. She was hired to re-do a bedroom. First, the painter she hired, was in our home for 5 weeks. We requested a faux finish. Every day he came in, couldn't get it right, covered the walls with primer EVERY DAY. I can't even count the number of primer coats on those walls. She even paid him in FULL, no progressive payments. We fired him and hired our own painter, who was in and out in 4 days. (Beautiful work). Olivia takes zero responsibility for errors made or will blame issues on her daughter's incompetence. She says she'll order furniture or make pillows or whatever "design" work you want and she never does. We caught her in multiple lies. She charges delivery fees for each item, even if it all comes on the same truck. Her shotty workmanship, she stands behind and says, "well, this is how furniture is made." (See photos). And last, if you have ever purchased anything in her store, check your receipts. We found multiple errors. Some invoices had as much as 12.5% sales tax, which is ILLEGAL. How can a person in business not know how to do math? Or is it a scam? Does she pocket the difference? Taxes are inconsistent on all invoices. She also uses stained fabric and then says "how gorgeous" it is. She's a joke. Her daughter is a joke. They made masks during COVID and completely abandoned us even though she said, "you're my only client." Her IG are mostly pictures of her own house. Pathetic. She's a wanna-be designer. She has no conscience and is so rude. Consider yourself warned. I will tell everybody that will listen about her. She's truly unscrupulous. read more

I was looking for lounging chairs to go on the dock at my lake house. I couldn't find anything I liked for months, until I went into Olivia's shop to have a look at her furniture. I met a welcoming lovely lady who was working in the shop, to find out it was Olivia herself, which I was thrilled to actually meet the designer of the showroom, doesn't happen to often. She showed me samples of these beautiful custom lounge outdoor chairs she was creating and I LOVED! She also had so many fabric to choose from, but I'm simple and like white, so she found me the most beautiful white fabric for outdoor use. It's so easy to clean, the texture feels so nice on the skin. I am so happy with the choice. Since it was an custom order I had to wait for it to get made, but I was actually surprised with how fast everything was made and delivered to my house to enjoy, perfect for summer time by the lake.
